Absolutely fantastic experience at this 24/7 hair salon! I walked in at the last minute, feeling a bit anxious about bringing my son, who is autistic, along with me. However, I was met with warm smiles and an incredibly welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff was not only understanding but went out of their way to make my son comfortable. They even played Mrs. Rachel for him, which helped him relax and enjoy the time there. I can't express enough how much this meant to me as a single mom. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both supported and respected. The ladies in the shop made sure that Zion felt safe and happy, allowing me to focus on getting my hair done without any worries. The service was exceptional, and I left feeling not just good about my hair but also grateful for the kindness and compassion shown to us. 🤎 I will absolutely be returning again and again! It's not just about looking good; it’s about feeling good and being treated with respect. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. I wish this business nothing but success and continued blessings!

Easy booking appointment. Friendly staff and VERY professional and punctual. No waiting around, I had up to four women doing my hair at one point. They finished my hair in a timely manner and the work was very clean and beautiful… happy with my hair… merci ladies

I asked for small box braids and the lady who was doing my hair was obviously inexperienced and was giving me individuals. The parts were uneven and weren’t even square or clean looking. I then asked if we could just do medium box braids since I could tell she was struggling and to make it easier. All the ladies in the shop were saying “yes yes yes we can do that.” She starts over and my braids are still micro/small and I even showed her a picture of the style that I wanted with medium braids. She was young and you can tell she was a student of some kind. I’m not paying you $300-400 to play in my head. The salon is nothing but miscommunication and I drove to San Diego for nothing. My appointment was at 7 and they didn’t get started until 8. Please have experienced/seasoned braiders who are fast and efficient when people are paying you that kind of money.

I attempted to set up an appointment with an individual over the phone and while we were discussing the details, I was hung up on because she was “talking to another customer”. I let her know that was rude then she proceeded to push me away because i let her know that. She then asked for a pic of the style, and I cooperated, then asked her how much hair she’ll need me to bring for the particular style since the hair is not provided with the service. I was ignored ever since. VERY RUDE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I can’t recommend this place enough! They deserve way more than 5 stars. The salon was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was unmatched. I booked my appointment last night and they got me in at 5 AM! Talk about flexibility! On top of that, five people braided my hair at once, making the process super fast without sacrificing quality. My waist-length box braids came out absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience, this is the place to go!

i do not recommend getting your hair done here! if you book for small knotless they will braid the back of your head medium and the front small!! very inconsistent part sizing & if you mention their mistake to them they will threaten to kick you out. This shop is very unprofessional and the braiders are incredibly rude the entire time & not worth their prices! do not book here!

As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me with a smile! All the braiders were kind and worked quickly. I got waist length small knotless braids and they are GORGEOUS😍 extremely neat and very light weight. It took about 8 hours which is good timing for the service I requested. Multiple braider worked on my hair at once to speed up the process. I think some of the braiders don’t speak English well, so don’t take it personally if they don’t talk to you. They will find someone to translate your requests. The owner will continuously walk around the salon throughout the day to make sure everyone’s needs are met. I really appreciated her KINDNESS and PROFESSIONALISM . She never stopped smiling. It was a pleasant environment to be in.

Great place to get any type of braids you desire. They get you in and out, great deals for the military personnel when given out. Love them & i will return again.

I got my hair done in BoHo knotless braids make sure you bring your own hair because the hair they provide is not human hair even though they say it is my curly pieces have been tangled and falling out I asked could they fix and they were rude about it and it also took them 7 hours to do my hair in medium Knot less braids when it was supposed to take 4 hours ( per website). Also make sure you ask the price before you go because they will change it !!

These folks can do anything! Been twice for double ended synthetic dreads before festivals and the quality and skill is fantastic. Plus if you’re lucky they’ll bust out some bubbly before you go.

When I had texted to inquire about the hairstyle they told me the price was 250$ I had sent 255$ and last minute when they start to finish my hair they told me that the hairstyle was 350$ and told me last minute that it was because they added hair. When I spoke to the lady they never mentioned anything that would cause the price to raise I have the messages and all. I never asked for medium knottless like you claimed
