Everyone at Rachel’s is very professional and friendly to their clients. My experience is that my stylist, Mallory, works with me to get the exact color, cut, and products that I need for my fine thin hair. The owner is wonderful and always makes allowances for unplanned circumstances. She provides a warm and comfortable environment that I love coming to and the Aveda products they use have been great for my hair. As it is a downtown location a great bonus is that they pay for your parking too!

My niece, Evie has leukemia and just began her journey with St. Jude on January 6th. She said she wanted a bob with bangs before she loses her hair. My sister was told Rachel’s is a great place. She called and they got us in. Morgan was such an angel for being so sweet to my 5 year old niece. Thank you so much! Your kindness will never be forgotten by my family!

Hayley is AMAZING! I've gone to her several times and had a special request for my appointment today, and she took well care of me! She makes my hair look wonderful each time! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!

Morgan Stumph at Rachel's Salon & Day Spa gave me the blonde bombshell treatment Aveda Aromatherapy style today. I forgot how delicious the Aveda products smell. Rachel’s has a cool downtown vibe and everyone was laughing and happy! Morgan did an excellent job and my hair looks beautiful and feels divine.

Amazing Salon in the heart of downtown Memphis, TN. The included parking is close and very convenient. I received the best hair cut ever. This is an Aveda Salon so the products are top notch. It's located in an old Bank. Very historic and the original safe is still there. Very friendly and professional staff. Treat yourself and visit this Salon.

My husband didn't want a fancy place to go to. He just wanted a nice place and a simple haircut. They provided as such and did very well on his hair, the lady glanced at the picture I got from pinterest and was able to make it the same. It was honestly relaxing and worth the cost that was fair price.

Sierra was great - I was in town for the weekend and booked in for some waxing and eyelash tint. She was even able to fit me in for a facial right after though I hadn't booked. Would recommend to anyone staying out living in Memphis. They also offer hair services - wish I had booked those also!

Taryn was absolutely FANTASTIC! I had lost my wax girl and needed to find someone else. I gave this salon a try since it was close to my work and good reviews and let me tell you, they didn't disappoint. Highly recommend Taryn for any waxing needs.

This is such a warm and welcoming salon with beautiful space and really caring professionals. I have been a long-time customer and have recommended Rachel’s over and over to friends and people who ask where I get my hair done. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending! Products are high quality (and smell divine) and my haircuts are always excellent. I have tried several different styles there over the years and each one was expertly done. Also fantastic massage and facial services.
