I went to the shop to do my hair last Week, It was a beautiful experience. They was so fast on my braids. I recommend to everyone to go there. The are so professional. My hair is still good after a few weeks. I like it. Delphine is the best 🤗

I always go here to get my hair done. It is always done perfectly and in a timely matter. You will not be disappointed. You will leave the shop looking very cutesy, very mindful and of course very demure.

I am never disappointed when I come to get my hair styles at Radiance African Hair Braiding! The staff are so friendly and very professional. More importantly, my hair styles are the best and it lasts a long time! I love the compliments and have had others referred to them as well! Thumbs up!!!!!

I just left the shop, the price is affordable.They always do an amazing job! The kids there are excellent braiders and there very professional I’m always impressed by there work and Mrs. Delphine is so kind and sweet, I’ll definitely be coming back!.🥰

Don’t get young kids to do my hair then charge me like it’s a professional style. My hair is not tucked in and the ends are a mess the next day when I told you but it’s my fault because you have 29yrs experience. BUT THEM DAMN KIDS DONT . This shyt is ugly. …….AND LOOK AT THESE PARTS and this ain’t knotless . Stop letting kids do ppl hair. Lucky I was sleepy and didn’t see it or I would not have paid you!

If small things impress you, then just come sit and watch these ladies' work magic. Their fingers are as fast as hummingbird wings. They work together and jump from one person's head to the other, helping each h other to finish . My sitting was lengthy but so well worth it. I'll see you ladies in a few weeks for another African face lift cause these braids are tight!!!!

The only reason anyone should go here is if they want their hair not done the way they asked and their time to be wasted. After showing pictures and videos of simple plaits, they decided to do spring twists in my hair. After saying something they said that they mix me up with another person that called. Why would anyone show a picture of a hairstyle and not want it? After arguing with the owner about what I said I wanted in my hair, she claimed that they didn’t have time to fix it. If you need your hair braided there are plenty more hair braids in Greensboro that know how to listen and simply does a better job.

THE BEST BRAIDING SALON IN GREENSBORO!!! The ladies are all always super friendly and professional. The vibes are chill and welcoming. They always exceed my expectations! I’ve only had cornrows done, but I will be coming back to get braids! Their instagram pictures DO NOT LIE and they can do a RANGE of braid/hairstyles. I would recommend going to the store in person to book an appointment if you can’t get in touch over the phone or by email. 100/10 would recommend them to anyone looking for a braider in Greensboro NC!! Thank you for doing such a good job with my hair and I look forward to going back! I would suggest being more gentle with detangling. The second time I went the lady was very rough with my hair and it caused some breakage in between my braids

Too expensive and braider should pay more attention when people have thinner hair. Why make the parts so small and braids so heavy. My hair came right out when I took these out.

My daughter's father gave her $180 to get her hair braided. We expected it to last for at least a couple of months. After 2 whole days, her hair began unravelling and coming out. It's been less than 2 weeks, most of the back has fallen out, and it's a hot, darn, mess!! My daughter stated, the owners daughter, who was a teenager, was doing her hair most of the time. After we spoke to the owner, she denied any wrong doing, and refused to reimburse her any money. As a reputable business, with a license to operate, why would you allow your child to do hair, and operate in your business? I am quite sure, if I, or any other, mature adult woman, came into your salon to get our hair done, you would not allow your child, to do our hair, simply because, you absolutely know, this would not have been tolerated by real, adult women. You, taking no responsibility, failing to reimburse my daughter any of the money paid, for a hairstyle that has not held up, even after 2 days, is VERY UNETHICAL, UNFAIR, AND DOWNRIGHT WRONG, in every sense!! When my daughter, read your promising reviews, before coming into your business, she fully expected to have the person, with 28 glowing years of experience, doing her hair, and not a child. As a business owner, you are obligated, to practice fair business practices, under every given situation, and you failed to live up to that. SHAME SHAME SHAME ON YOU, for taking advantage of my child. After the initial conversation with my daughter, you never called, texted, emailed, nor tried to contact her in any way. Seems, a responsible, caring, business owner, even a mother, would have wanted to resolve this issue. You didn't even try or want to reach ANY resolution. She was willing to settle for just braiding the back, back in, or a small portion, refunded of what she paid. Absolutely NO response from you. In response to your ridiculous response. This is the excuse you give, even after I have shared the pictures? You have not even contacted my daughter with a follow-up, showing any concern. You have not offered ANY type of resolution to the problem. No form of any reimbursement or offering to do hair over. Here are the receipts, there is absolutely NO excuse. I can absolutely verify without question, it was a little over a week when she contacted you, NOT even two weeks, and her hair was unravelling and coming out 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING IT DONE! HER HAIR WAS LEFT IN OUR BATHROOM!! The problem was not the "hair", but you as a "professional". You failed to give my daughter, your expertise, but ALLOWED YOUR CHILD, who does NOT have 28 years of experience, to do her hair. I'd wonder, what License and Inspections would have to say, about how you operate your business. Once again, shame on you, you knew, and know, you are absolutely, not only wrong, but ILLEGALLY practicing. Your child does not possess a beautician license, or any license to operate in your salon.

I have been going here for a year. I don't go anywhere else for my box braids any more. She does an amazing job. Her staff is very polite and just a loving Christian environment. I love the experience here and my braids.😊🙏

I love her technique of braiding, she doesn’t mind squeezing you in at late notice! She is very quick, I got some smedium knotless box braids; it took her about 3 hours to complete. They were not heavy or sore. I love how she incorporates her daughters into her business by teaching and allowing them to work on the clients.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Called 2 different days on the phone to ask about prices. First day the price of small boho knotless went from $220 to $280. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. When I asked about this, she was very rude on the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE PRICING!!!!

The only issue I have with this business is the communication. I understand everyone is busy and can’t respond to things right away but two weeks is ridiculous. I made a hair appointment with Ms. Delphine two weeks ago and I sent my $30 deposit. I asked to reschedule and for a confirmation for the new appointment. I never got a confirmation for the first or the second appointment. So now I am out of $30. Worse customer service ever.

was very disappointed my mom had gotten her hair done recently by Ms.Delphine and loved it. So I decided that I would like to try this out. I guess I must have accidentally scheduled my appointment for the wrong day as I was on a cruise/family reunion the day my appointment was supposed scheduled. Therefore I was very surprised to find out that I had possibly mad this mistake. So I asked Delphine if it would be possible to still have an appointment another day or will she keep the 60 dollar deposit that I had paid for both me and my mothers appointments that I had paid for about a week ago. As I’m trying to explain this to Ms.delphine she is extremely rude, gets loud with me and even tells me to stop talking “no talking”. I am soon to be a college student and I do not play about my money but even more I just wanted a cute hairstyle before I start at my new school. Very u professional and flat out rude. What kind of stylist will flat out tell you (a paying customer) to stop talking, when ur just simply talking. Good braids tho just don’t make any mistakes because she is not the one for mercy.
