Sara is an amazing aesthetician and I love the results after getting her facials!! I first started seeing Sara in late 2022 and she immediately made me feel comfortable. I have oily and sensitive skin, so facials were always scary to me. Not only did she restore my broken skin barrier, she helped me gain confidence in my skin. She's very knowledgeable on the products she uses and has helped me create routines to keep my skin glowing. Highly highly recommend booking an appointment with her :).

The best facial/treatments I have ever had. I've had a peel, a Korean facial and HydraFacial.... all amazing. She is meticulous about your skin and is sweet. I highly recommend Melanie.. you won't find a better place.

Melanie is an incredible esthetician, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin! She customizes treatments to meet my needs and makes recommendations based on my skin, not on expensive services or products. Every visit is a much-needed dose of relaxation, and I leave with a lighter step and glowing skin. I've had HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and regular facials by Melanie, and all have been wonderful.

Melanie is the best! I have been going to her consistently monthly for nearly 2 years. She is so amazing at facials, chemical peels, micro needling. My daughter and I drove from San Antonio to Lakeway just to see Sara. My 13 year old daughter has been struggling with acne for 6 months now. Sara’s expertise in esthetics and thoughtful, kind nature has helped my daughter gain her confidence back. She is the best!!!! I would recommend her a million times!!

I love Mel on so many levels!! I have done 2 chemical peels with her and I love it! Her office is so comfy and I love how easy she is to talk to. She knows her trade inside and out. She gave me great instruction for after my peel and was available to talk/text anytime I needed! She responds quickly and puts you at ease throughout the whole process. She is thoughtful and knowledgeable and does an excellent job!

Mel is amazing at what she does. In addition to the most wonderful, relaxing treatments, she knows her stuff and always has great tips for me to have the most glowing skin. Absolutely in love with my skin after getting PRP micro needling treatment! It’s honestly never looked better I already want to go back for more!! Melanie had also done hydra facials on me before and she’s the best shes really knowledgeable about everything she does and I never will leave without full confidence in her! I can’t say enough good things about Melanie. I have suffered from bad skin since I was a teenager, which has led me to try multiple estheticians and dermatologist. Melanie has been the best thing to happen to my skin and I couldn’t be happier that she is so close to me in Lakeway. I recommend anyone looking for actual results and the glow feel to see Melanie. I recently had a Dermaplane and Hydrafacial by Melanie at Radiant Complexions Skin Lounge abs it was amazing! Melanie has a special touch and can really get your skin to glow by taking off all the peach fuzz with the dermaplane and then suck up the dead skin removed with the always amazing Hydrafacial treatment, which is so relaxing to receive. I cannot say enough good things about Melanie and all her knowledge on the services and products she uses.
