Tiffany Smith, PA-C, and owner of the clinic, is an absolute expert in her field. I’ve had Botox and laser treatments done elsewhere in the past, but nothing compares to the experience I’ve had at Radiant Integrative Health. Tiffany is not only incredibly skilled but also so knowledgeable and thorough. Every recommendation she makes is thoughtful, and I trust her 100% with my aesthetic needs because I know she has my best interests at heart. Extremely disappointed! I saw Jennifer Gondoly for horomone health today. As stated in her bio she has history working at an endocrinology clinic, so came in feeling very optimistic that I could finally start to get some answers to my unexplained infertility. I have done multiple fertility treatments and a lot of testing before visiting Radiant Health and chose to visit them for an integrative approach. Jennifer’s suggestion was to “get drunk and have sex, because that worked for me”. Yes, she really said that. Infertility, as all medical conditions, is an emotional journey to be going through. To be told something so insensitive and unprofessional was quite frankly insulting. I will NEVER be back and I hope I just saved you what would be a waste of your time.

I had a full blood panel done here. When I came in the first time, I felt very unwelcome. The front desk staff barely spoke to me and quite frankly, made me feel like a burden. One lady in particular was so rude, not only to me but to a staff member. When I came in for my test results, I was taken to a room and I sat there for an hour and 10 minutes. At 40 minutes, I came out and asked someone how much longer it’d be. I then proceeded to wait 30 more minutes. When they finally came in, it took less than a minute to tell me my results and it could’ve easily been a phone call. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time at this place. It’s a huge waste of time and they treat their patients poorly.

Transferring my health care to Tiffany Smith was the greatest health decision I have ever made!! I see a review on here that claims her office pushes supplements and Botox. 1. People go to Radiant for an in depth assessment and treatment of the root cause verse masking symptoms with prescription drugs. You get a greater level of care and understanding of your body and how to keep healthy. I’ve been on this journey with her for three years, and have never felt better!! Supplements verses drugs…it’s your choice! 2. The office offers quite a few aesthetic services, but they have never been mentioned in my appointments. In full transparency, I was a patient and went to work for Tiffany Smith. I wanted to work in an office like Radiant….where the staff treats you like family and is warm and personable. If you are looking for the most caring providers and staff; Radiant Integrative Health is the place to go

Radiant has a big communication problem. First its nearly impossible to get through on the phone. Imagine calling your doctor and the phone rings and rings, profusely with no end in sight. Billing is outsourced. So they like to bill bill bill, but if you have an issue with your bill, no one wants to take accountability. I had an appointment that the date got changed to an earlier date, so went to the early appointment. The other needless appointment was never removed from the schedule. I get a call telling me that I have an appointment, I try to call back and inquire the reason for said appointment, as I already had my lab-work looked at. No answer, I come in. They pretest me and put me in the doc chair. The DOC says why are you hear? No one knows why I have an appointment this day if my lab results were already checked. Theres no reason to do more lab-work. This lack of communication, because no one will answer the phone, will end up costing me over $180.00. I call to inquire about the charge, and you can't fight it. They don't want to talk to you about your bill. And claim, "We are like a lawyer, if you use any of our time, we bill you for our time". (Front desk associate). No hunny you are not a law office. You are barely a doctor's office, you push vitamins and botox. I gave this place two stars because they are close to my house. And the doctors are sweet. Specifically my doctor who went on maternity leave. The rest of this practice, run far far away. Anything more than a head cold, it is not advised to see this place.

Incredibly disorganized, rude and unprofessional. Highly do not recommend. There’s no way this business will remain in operation long-term. On multiple occasions, my husband showed up for labs and Radiant was repeatedly unprepared without proper vials for the scheduled test, sending him elsewhere. I showed up for my appointment only to be turned away due to my new patient paperwork not being completed when I most certainly had completed it. When they admitted they did, in fact, receive my paperwork, they said I didn’t complete it with enough time for staff to enter it into the system. I completed it prior to my appointment (a day in advance) as instructed. If it’s their process to receive paperwork at a specific time prior to an appointment, that’s fine, but it needs to be clearly communicated. I was never instructed to complete my paperwork by 3 p.m. the day prior or I’d be turned away after arriving for my appointment. Unreal! My time was wasted and I was met with an argumentative, accusatory and combative staff member. This woman was simply awful and does not belong in a public facing position. She severely lacks customer service skills. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a healthcare setting. I should’ve taken my husband’s poor experience as a warning to not engage. Now I know. Don’t waste your time here. Your health is too valuable. I made my appointment seeking answers to a serious health concern. I left in tears, completely mind blown by this awful experience.

I'm not sure what is going wrong at this practice. But every experience I've had here has been disorganized. Chaotic check-ins, employees showing up late, rude exchanges between staff and clients, dismissive doctors, unnecessary wait times, etc. After filling out my own paperwork and having a discussion with my doctor about my allergies, which include milk, she then suggested a digestive aid with milk as a main ingredient. From my experience, the health and experience of the patient is not a priority here. Rather to book and bill for appointments and make money off of randomly chosen products.

Radiant is truly the best there is. Myself, my husband and our daughter all see Tiffany. She actually cares about you as an individual and helps to get down to the bottom of what is going on. She doesn’t push prescription meds on you to only treat symptoms. We have sent family and friends there for years and have never heard one complaint. We have seen others in the practice from time to time and have no complaints either. The business is prompt on getting you checked in, back in a room and then checked out. They are helpful with figuring out if there are any supplements that may help you to feel your best too. I even have my aesthetics done here and I purchase my skin care from here as well. One stop for all the best out there.

The doctors here are kind and knowledgeable. The staff are helpful and good to work with. Brittany is our family doctor and I cannot speak more highly of her. She takes time, knows a great deal more than a lot of other doctors and works with you to find solutions.

Up until yesterday I had nothing but great things to say about this place. The team member I was seeing was AMAZING but abruptly left the practice (not sure what happened) and they scheduled me with someone else. I went in with an open mind but left there feeling rushed, unheard & like I was more of a bother than anything. She did not have an understanding of why I was even there and the type of care I had been getting (and why). Very disappointed.

I can't tell you how satisfied I am with receiving my lasering from Radiant Integrative Health Club! I had been waxing my legs for 10 years and saw little improvement, even with very diligent persistence. (I typically waxed every four weeks) I prolly had to get a few more treatments than most ('cause I'm a hairy beast), but I am pleased to say that I have so few hairs left. I saw an immediate improvement after the first couple of visits & the last three or four we are just getting the strays. If you're thinking about it, do it! This is the best birthday present I've ever given myself :)

The staff is rude and dismissive. They push their expensive products while charging for every little thing. It seems all they care about is the money and little about how you're feeling.
