I had an amazing experience at Radiant Waxing Dublin! Staff member Z was professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. The facility was clean, organized and welcoming. Z did a fantastic job with my waxing - quick, efficient and nearly pain-free! I highly recommend their service and will definitely be returning. Awesome place for waxing services! It’s clean, they are so efficient, and always have a positive experience. I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and the consistency of their work is always appreciated. Annalyse was amazing and did a great job, will be back for my regular treatment!

I scheduled my second session which supposed to be free, planned to enroll for package. When I was on the table laying down naked the waxing technician was insisting I have to pay for the second session. Entire discussion took 10 minutes with me down unclothed freezing, totally humiliating. I just left. I do not recommend this unprofessional service. Reply to business reply: none of what happened is a customer’s, my fault. I was not “Radiant wax” customer, the offer was purchased, not communicated properly from business side, I have never had such a terrible experience.

I have been coming to Radiant Waxing for a year. I used to see Nicole before she moved and she was absolutely incredible. I made the mistake of trying European Wax Center in Pleasanton. I had one of the worst experiences of my life receiving a service. I came back to Radiant today and worked with Sarah. She was beyond incredible. She came out with the biggest smile and listened to what happened to me. She treated me like an old friend and her attention to detail is unmatched. This is the best wax I have received and I truly enjoyed Sarah’s service and treatment. Every person I have encountered is friendly and professional. I also want to say the salon is IMMACULATE! Incredibly clean and the rooms are bright and comfortable. Thank you for taking care of me with such kindness.

Z is always pleasant to interact with, and she is very thorough while being delicate. I don't intend to go anywhere else for body waxing or skin care advice.

I booked an appointment online but when I showed up they said I was somehow double booked and they needed to reschedule. I understand that technical errors can happen but to unexpectedly deny a customer who already showed up to an appointment for an error on their end is just bad service. The staff was rude when I asked for a solution and at some point pushed the blame on me for booking at the wrong time - not sure how this was my fault? I don't feel comfortable booking here again.

Jocelyn was absolutely amazing made me feel so comfortable and was accommodating (I'm very pregnant and couldn't do certain positions) we had some nice conversation and the quality of work she did on me was 10/10 . I was also able to book a last minute appointment which I appreciated. The services I had done : Brazilian, underarms, full legs

My first Brazilian wax was with Sarah and it was an overall great experience! She made sure I was prepared by reaching out the day before, She kept the conversation going and made it a speedy process which calmed the all around nerves I had going into it. Radiant waxing was extremely clean, even the wax room which made it even more comforting. Will return for future appointments 10/10 recommend!

New to the area and was in need of an esthetician I could trust. I've been getting waxed for a few years now (from my former place in LA) and I know exactly the type of service I'm looking for. Radiant Waxing matches the professionalism, cleanliness and personable charm that I am comfortable with, in the area. My esthetician, Alina does a good job of checking in on you to make sure your services are being met. She's also very nice and attentive. The price, I will say, is a little high from what I'm used to, but the personable staff makes up for it.

Service was great! I was able to get a same day appointment. My aesthetician (Samantha) did a great job with an eye for detail. The conversation was enjoyable and my kang-kang is smooth! Two thumbs up. NOTE: I usually use a different aesthetician every time I go because I often make same day appointments. All have been great!

This was the first time I had my eyebrows done. I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience and I'm looking forward to the next time. My tech, "Z", was really good at what she does. She has a great personality as well. It was an enjoyable time.

Facility is nice and everyone is friendly. That's what the 2 stars are for. The brazilian waxing session was unexpected and the results were far from professional or satisfactory. I will not be returning.

India is hands down the best. She takes pride in her work and creates a safe space in a vulnerable environment so that you're comfortable. I'll definitely be back. FYI... Book with her in advance because her schedule fills up quickly!
