Claire makes me feel really comfortable and at ease during the wax. She is professional and friendly. I have been back a few times for legs and underarms and barely feel it now! The salon is super clean and serene - like a spa experience. Definitely recommend!

OH EM GEE!! Claire did an awesome job. She was precise, she didn't rush the service, she was very pleasant to interact with, and best of all, she didn't make it feel like she was trying to tear my skin off. She was awesome. I can finally see my back again and I'm SO much faster with out all that hair slowing me down. I'm very happy to be a net creepy guy customer of hers. Thanks Claire!!

Loved your facility and staff. My esthetician was excellent and friendly. I would recommend Radiant on that basis. However, your text and email notification and follow-up system and approach is obnoxious and over the top. I must have had 8-10 messages prior to my appointment and now at least four messages since my visit. STOP! Good grief. Such an annoyance. Another note: I completed all my sign-in info online when I made my appointment, then was asked to do it again when I arrived. I was asked a number of personal questions a waxing parlor has no business asking. In today's world of identity theft and data hacks, Radiant is intruding into data fields it has no business seeking. Stick to your quality staff and services and get rid of your annoying IT program.

Zaria is the best! My go to waxer in Portland. She makes you feel comfortable & always great conversation. She’s quick & makes the experience as painless as possible! Facility is always super clean & everyone who works there is very nice. Definitely recommend!

Zaria and Sydney were very accommodating and professional. My partner who's trans felt really hyped by Zaria and that means so much to us. Sydney was really friendly and efficient even though I ran a little bit late. Really appreciate it! Loyal to radiant.

I got my eyebrows waxed previously at a different business and was not happy with the outcome at all. I came here and Allegra asked me questions about what I was looking for and was so knowledgeable and overall just great! I had my very first Brazilian wax done at Radiant Waxing on the Pearl on 08/04/2023 by esthetician named Elaina. The staff mentioned that it was a slow day since they were able to get me in for an appointment on the same day I called. Long story short, my Brazilian wax was so rushed, hair left on my pubic and bikini line; messy! There was also no after care instructions given to first time customers.

I've been getting waxes here for about a year now, and I love it! I also use a few of their products, including the ingrown hair toner, salt body scrub, and body wash. I typically schedule with Allegra, but I have worked with a few of the other waxologists, and they've all been great experiences. If you get Brazilian waxes consistently (every 3-4 weeks), the monthly or yearly memberships are so worth it.

Omg, I have never been waxed before and decided to brave a Brazilian! My waxer Teagan was so nice and went through every step with me! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the importance of pre and post waxing, and made me feel so comfortable during the wax!! Will absolutely be going back, 10/10 girl

Rarely do I leave reviews, but on long after thought, my experience was a big red flag. I was a new client going in for a simple brow waxing. The employee performing the service was kind and soft spoken, which helped distract me from what felt like awkward wax technique. Wax got in places it shouldn't and strip application put pressure on odd spots, like my eyeball. Afterwards, I tipped well, as is habit. I went home with customary mild discomfort. But that the discomfort persisted into the next morning had me concerned. On closer inspection, I found two tears in the brow skin above my right eye. While I did disclose retinol use on new client intake, no products are ever used on my eye area. In fifteen years of waxing I've never had any negative consequences. I'm not sure if the employee performing the service was a licensed aesthetician. When I asked for a card--I always want the name of who I work with-- I was told they did not have one. I'll note this person was also the receptionist. A person can be both, but after my experience, I'm struggling to be ok with this.

Teagan is a PRO. Just moved to Portland and needed a new spot for Brazilians. I’m used to hard wax so I was initially a bit iffy about the strips, but WOW. Quick, minimal discomfort, quality products. Teagan has clearly been doing this for a while. Signed up for the monthly pass. Found my new spot! Highly recommend.

I am new to the area and this was my first time. I had a great experience with Zoyla. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable right away. She was super quick, it wasn't painful at all(even though it had been awhile since my last wax and was grown out more than usual), and she did a great job! I will be returning.

If I post a picture Google will ban me so you’re going to have to take my word that the waxing service was great. Alaina was super quick but amazing pacing and just overall an excellent experience. I would recommend her 10/10 ✨ I really appreciate her care to detail, being sure to give my pointers about after care I had no idea about and setting me up with a few small products.

I’ve been here 2 times, so far and both times have been great they are very professional and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. So highly recommend going here. Arrive a little early. Depends on what time of the day you have an appointment because parking might be hard to fine.

So I have been looking for a new waxing place since the other waxing place I’ve been going to has let me down. The other place which I’m not going to mention here likes to cross contaminate their wax which is so gross, so I’ve been looking for a new place and boom this place came across my IG account so I decided to take a chance and I love the gal I got but I can’t remember her name but she did a great job. I definitely will keep coming back to this place. A very clean and friendly place for sure.

Waxing experience has been ok, I got burned pretty bad last time. If you need to actually contact someone you are better off calling another location. They do not answer their phone at all. I’ve seen them send the phone calls to voicemail so they are pretty helpless 🤷🏼‍♀️
