My experience coming to this salon has been great , I always come here and get services from LUZ. She amazing she provides amazing services, I have done so many different types of hair changes and my hair has never been damaged . I highly recommend her and the salon come here and get your hair done , she’s Colombian and has amazing hands she will leave you like a brand new person .

I highly recommend Radiante Salon. Luz and her team are very welcoming and are master stylists. I have been coming to see Luz for my haircuts for 5 years +. She is amazing with her scissor and blow dry skills. I am always happy with the service and I instantly love my hair after my appointment with her.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to make an appointment and I did it in Spanish so we fully understood each other. No problem. The lady was off center from the beginning, she said she wanted me to confirm but she had not even given me a time to confirm so I explained to her that I need a time before I could confirm the appointment- basic stuff. We settled on Saturday at 10am. Then she proceeds to ask me if I could call her on FRI to confirm the appointment. I honestly wondered why she thought I needed to call her. As I am the client, she should be the one confirming if she needs to confirm. Seriously. I called on FRI and left a vm confirming the appointment. On the day of my appmt I show up and the place was closed. No one called me or returned my calls. I'm sorry but it seems like these people have no professional business management skills at all. No accountability, no organization, no respect for their clients. Not even conversation skills. I don't live nearby. I'm very disappointed but not surprised. Skip the madness, go somewhere else. If they want to charge $, they need to step up.

Radiante is my favorite beauty salon In Austin. Luz always try to give you the best service. And she’s pretty good for blond colors. Carolina is also such good girl. She does lashes and she’s the best for that.

Si le pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haria. Hice una cita con la dueña con una semana de anticipacion y me aclaro que si no podia ir a la cita le dejara saber. con anticipacion. Sali corriendo para no llegar tarde a mi cita, me sorprendi que Luz no habia llegado y aparte de mi, habian otraz personas esperandola. Uno de los empleados nos dijo que ella ya venia en camino que por cierto no era verdad. Despues de 15 minutos, el empleado decidio darle una llamada y nos informo' que ella se demoraba o que quizas no llegaba. Que falta de respeto es esa con en cliente que ni siquiera ella tuvo la delicadeza de llamar al salon para decir que no iba a llegar, esto muestra la flata de profesionalismo y no respeto hacia el tiempo de las otras personas.
