Ping did such a lovely job! She listened carefully and perfectly achieved my preferred color and cut while being so gentle with my hair. I also appreciated how she managed both me and my sister at the same time without any rush—plus, the little head massage was such a sweet touch! My sister, a regular, even dozed off after her night shift, and Ping handled her treatment so carefully without disturbing her. She’s wonderful at balayage, highlights, and color correction, and she’s not afraid to go lighter if that’s what the customer truly wants. I know not every review is glowing, but I believe you can’t please everyone. Personally, I think she’s worth the visit, worth the pay, and absolutely worth the try!

Best salon I have ever been to. From start to finish my experience was first class.. The salon is stunning and you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in the door. All the stylists are knowledgeable and talented, trained in the latest techniques. I have recommended this salon to every person I know. If you are looking for a new stylist, look no further.. you won’t be disappointed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I Lost $300 and they won’t fix my hair! I love how she got a bad review 3 weeks ago and then got 2 good reviews right after. Let’s see if she’ll get 2 more good reviews after this post. You can read my situation or the pictures. I came in and requested what I texted. At the time, my birthday was in 2 weeks. She explained to me because I wash my hair frequently, the color I chose may not stay that color by my birthday. Because she said that, I was at lost at what I wanted and she couldn’t suggest well of what I should do. She showed me varies of pictures and colors and none of the pictures were highlights, they were all over colored pink/red hair. This is where the miscommunication happened. At this point, we couldn’t do the hair color I wanted so I told her let’s just do all over reddish pink with blonde highlights. My understanding is that my whole hair was going to only be two colors. She misunderstood me and thought that I still wanted what was in the picture even though she told me that wouldn’t be a good idea. When she finished, the front looked decent and I immediately pointed out that I was not happy with the dark roots and asked if I could come back. She states that if I want to come back to fix that, then I can come back in a week. When I got home and lifted my hair, there was pink highlights, blonde highlights and black roots. I had four different colors in my hair. I have been trying to wash it out, and the picture is now the result. very light pink, and if you lift up my roots, there is bright pink under my hair. when I tie up my hair. I have four different colors that are more visible. I reached out to her and to one of the stylist there and none of them are willing to fix my hair, they said their schedules are booked up I tailor, understand that if I make a mistake, I would fix for my customer or work in the middle with them to figure out how to fix the situation if my customer is not satisfied. especially since I paid $300. They are individually subcontractors, that is the worst part that I learned today that I will never work with a subcontractor stylist because if they don’t want to fix it, they will not fix it and there is no Insurance of content in the business. Even if she did what I requested, it does not look good!!! Whatever she is lying about to the others, it simply completely DOES NOT LOOK GOOD. I have 4 -5 different hair color in my hair and my birthday is in a week. I hope none of you go through what I went through.

I have been seeing Ping for 5+ years for my yearly balayage. She is patient, fun, and talented. I show her a picture and she does exactly what I ask and then more! Thank you for making my salon experience nothing short of amazing. ❤️

I have been seeing Ping for a couple years now. She has helped with a number of different requests I’ve made- from having pink hair to blonde highlights and back to brown again. Each time I’ve visited, she’s been diligent and thoughtful in executing what I envision. She provides sound suggestions and allows me to experiment with different ideas. She has also cut my toddler’s hair. She is patient and understanding while helping a 2 year old sit still and ensure she is comfortable and safe. My daughter and I will continue seeing Ping and enjoying the salon. The available refreshments are also a nice touch.

I've been going to Ping for balayage and hair cuts and styling for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough! She's incredibly talented and has a natural eye for design, always offering thoughtful suggestions that suit my style perfectly. I've been to several high-end salons in Hamilton County over the years, but Ping truly stands out—her skill and attention to detail are unmatched. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair!

Stay away from the “hairdresser “ Ping !!!!! We showed her the photo, and I clearly explained how far to cut, but unfortunately, the hairdresser not only lacked the skill to follow through but also failed to listen to the request. To make matters worse, she didn’t even offer an apology, which is something that should never be overlooked in any service experience. She not only had the audacity to cut my daughter’s hair almost down to nothing, but she also left it uneven and crooked. It’s something to be avoided at all costs!

Not only is Krystal amazing at hair….she is an amazing person as well. Every time I leave her salon, I feel like a new person. She is a magician with color (I have dark brown hair and she has turned it blonde….not orange) and she knows how to cut my hair that is easy to wear and style. I am a lifelong customer! ❤️

Great experience-can’t recommend Krystal enough. She asked questions to understand what I was looking for, gave suggestions, and made a plan with a few options. She listened to what was important to me, and incorporated that into the process. The salon is beautiful and comfortable too ♥️ Very happy to have found Radiate 60

Hands down the best salon in all of Indianapolis! I’m very particular about my hair, but Krystal knew exactly what I needed! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable about the different styles of hair. Not to mention Radiate 60 is a warm and welcoming space. The last salon you will ever go to!

I’ve gotten my hair cut by Krystal Brown twice now and they have for sure been my favorite hair cuts I’ve ever gotten! I have long straight hair but have a hard time knowing how to keep it not so flat, and the haircuts Krystal has given me always bring so much body and texture to my hair! I also use a couple of the products they sell there and I love them!! PLUS all the stylist are just super friendly there! Can’t wait for my next hair cut!

Krystal has been doing my hair for over 10 years. She is so knowledgable in her field and always takes her time to personalize my color and style to make me feel and look as good as possible. Now many of my close friends and family see her or another member of the Radiate 60 team and have had the best experience! 10/10 recommend!

One of the only things that makes me go to the suburbs! I’ve been going to Radiate 60 since it opened and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Krystal is a true artist and she has high standards for the other stylists at her salon. Beautiful space with good people, good service.

Their communication is terrible. I called Monday and left a message trying to make an appointment. No response! I left another message on Tuesday, again, no response. I walked in on Wednesday, they don't take walk-ins, I left my number in hopes of getting a call. As of Sunday, no one has called so I could setup an appointment. Apparently, they are too busy for any new business. My advice is too not waste your time!!

This salon is truly an oasis. It’s beautiful, clean, and feels like a retreat every time I go. Every staff member is so welcoming and warm. I love getting my hair done here. I always walk away feeling like my hair is healthy and put together!

Andrea has been my stylist for several years. She’s patient, kind and always listens to what I’m wanting to achieve with my hair. She discusses how to maintain healthy , shiny, and strong hair. Andrea is amazing! I told her I wanted to move away from the golden blonde and go more icy/cool blonde….add some browns for dimension. She did exactly what I asked and it turned out perfect! She listened and delivered. Andrea is easy to chat with, makes you feel comfortable and definitely goes above and beyond for her clients/guests.

It was initially confusing to try and get a hold of one of the stylists, but they did an amazing job and I fully intend to return for future haircuts. It is by appointment only though so you will need to get in contact with a stylist before you can set an appointment.

after hearing about my friends experience with a stylist here - it's left a horrible taste in my mouth and brides should be warned. she booked a stylist for her hair for her wedding - this was to be at my friends home - simple style; down& curls. this was agreed and a contract was signed. the contract did state "OFF SITE WEDDING CONTRACT". it was never said anywhere that there was a minimum of girls that needed to get their hair done. fast forward to now a couple months before the wedding- the stylist has reached out saying since it's just the bride getting her hair done that she was going to have to come the salon morning of instead and that she'd be sending her a new contract to sign. my friends wedding is on a sunday / brunch style - there is absolutely no way that she could go there. my friend had asked for the deposit back since there is just no way that that can work and the stylist has refused since the contract was signed. I believe since this stylist completely changed up a ALREADY SIGNED contract for off site that she needs to refund the deposit. the stylist refuses- wished my friend the best and blocked her. extremely unprofessional in her text messages and the way she handles issues that she created. Stylist was ANDREAS.
