I have been coming to Fatima for eyebrow threading a little over a year now and she’s great. She does an amazing job and is very accommodating with her appts and availability.

No idea what they are doing! Would give zero stars if possible. If I call and ask if you guys are available for service and then I go and you say that you aren’t that doesn’t make sense get it together.

Fatima is fine absolute best. She will thread me better than anybody ever has and I have very thick hair. She is one of a kind and super lovely to work with. She will fit you in even when super busy! Come here!! 🫶🏽🙏🏽

If I could rate this place any lower I would! I was a paying customer brought my 14 year old daughter to this salon to get my daughter's hair done. My mother was excited for my daughter agreeing to getting her hair done today. We chose this location because the other salon we normally visit was closed permanently. When we walked into this establishment, I asked the front desk person if they can do my daughter's hair and her type hair. My daughter is biracial, and have very long hair. The lady said yes and had me fill out a little xaes, and she she said she can pur me in for 3pm. We were the first customers there, and decided to stay and wait patiently for a stylist to come in. Three other people came into the business, and when the stylist made it it was 2:54 pm, and the stylist decided to work on the other customer whom came after our arrival. I don't like being discriminated against. If you can't do something don't lie to me and tell me you can. This stylist lost out on business, and know a lot of big business promoters in the Latin Community. I will spread the word about my treatment today.

Great customer service. The barbers there are great , appointment only with them so that’s always a plus . So make sure to make your appointments in advance

I came in at the end of the day, and I was in a hurry, I had no appt and no real idea of what I wanted to do with my hair. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with, and had suggestions on how to make me look good. And the price was very right. Thank you!!

So happy my office has reopened and I can come here! Went back for the first time since we all went home and not disappointed at all. Definitely enjoyed having my eyebrows threaded again. I didn't trust myself to do them while I was home, so I went in a bit of a mess. 20 minutes later came out so neat and feeling so much better. I'd happily turn into Frida Kahlo before letting anyone else (even me) touch my eyebrows.

i waited almost 30 mins just to get my hair cut also the lady seemed like she was in a bad mood for some reason. Not sure if that's how she was or maybe she wasn't in the mood at the moment she was a Mexican lady with black hair..anyways hair cuts are good price tho

I asked for a round haircut and ended up with a v cut I had specifically said please do not v cut my hair as my hair is very long and to my waist the owner Fatima had suggested I come back in about 3 days and she would fix it For free instead she charged me full price at 45 dollars and and I walked out of their with a v cut and uneven at that...if I would have went back she probably would have chopped my hair off to my shoulders....So if you have long hair or really take care of your hair dont risk your beautiful hair with them..

Positively a wonderful experience! Very nice customer service. Very little wait time. They were professional and knowledgeable about how to treat hair that is colored. My hair was well groomed and beautifully styled. I will definitely recommend Kaila and associates for the black hair experience.
