I did not want to leave this review. But I feel if it happened to me it will happen to someone’s else. The salon itself is great! It’s chill , relaxed, clean , a nice place . The owner seems friendly . But I would not recommend going to Krissy Doyen. The his was the 2nd time I had went to see her. The first time she did get the blonde in my hair brighter so I was happy with that. This time around I do not know what happened . I was there at rain salon for literally 5 hours . She put a red on that was way too dark. A lot darker than what I had before and then the blonde roots that SHE did a few weeks prior she didn’t put the right formula together so my hair was yellow , so she added more lightner with out the tinfoil covering the bleach part so the bleached part was literally sitting on the red highlighted pard which in turn turned in orange when she rinsed me . Like why wouldn’t you put FOILS?!! I was just sitting there like us she really doing it like this ? I just couldn’t understand why she just didn’t do the exact same thing as she did before in my hair ? So now I’m left with yellow , orange and dark red highlights . So she ends up clarifying shampooing several times to try to lift it umm that didn’t work. And then that left my hair feeling like straw . I mean it was bad I was in tears . I told her to please stop at this point I just had straight anxiety. I got there at 11 it was now 6 pm. She wanted me to come back like why would I come back after all that? I don’t trust you. My hair is a wreck I had to pay someone else to fix it. I mean I was devastated that I walked out of there with orange rainbow hair and went in with pretty blonde and red highlights . Just be careful I’ve never seen anyone do highlights the way she does.them . Also you don’t lay bleach highlighted pieces to sit for 20 min on top of red highlights with no foil . Clarifying shampoo will not take orange out or toner . Please be very cautious if you choose to go to her .

I see Ann O'Sullivan here. I really enjoy how pretty it is inside. Ann's treatment room is cozy and comfortable. Waiting areas are nice, and the bathroom is always clean. (Annio is an aesthetician who I recommend highly for skin care and waxing.)

I've been going to Adam for a year and he is the BEST. If you want a beautiful cut, style, or haircolr, he's your guy. He's fun, efficient, highly knowledgeable about hair, and super talented. I always walk in feeling one way, and walk out feeling like a better version of myself.

I live downtown picked this place because of reviews. I have tried several places downtown. Jo is the only one that met all expectations he knew exactly how to fix the red in my hair to be more even and through out. The head massage and blow out were the best! I love sitting in a new drama chair! Sorry ladies but there is something great about a guy doing your hair! My fiancé loved it too. I can finally say I love my hair!

I've been getting my hair done by Nicole for years now. I love the location; it's very close to both work and home for me. It's always a clean and inviting atmosphere. Nicole is awesome, I see her for both cuts and color. I always leave looking like a million bucks. I believe they also offer waxing and massage.

Tharin is the best. The salon itself is a really great atmosphere, I never feel rushed and you get to look at the most beautiful ceilings while you get your hair washed! Can't recommend Tharin enough, she always does an amazing job and makes a 2.5 hour full highlight fly by every time.
