I have been seeing Sara at the Kearny Mesa location for about 4 years now. She is fantastic! Kind, communicative, and consistent. Yes, I’m slightly ashamed it’s taken me this long to write a review. I get 90 minute Thai massage every time. Rama is clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. I recommend everyone I know to go here.

For me, the best thai massage in San Diego. They have great therapists that concentrate on your areas of tightness and pain. The place is very clean and appointments are really easy to book.

I had a terrible experience here. The therapist was not trained. Way too much oil and answered the phone during the session more than once. She was very light on skill. Also, the phone was on the table and kept vibrating until i had to ask her to move it. Worst experience ever. I felt bad for her as I thought she has no clue was she is doing. Very sad and embarrassing. They sent me two links to review, otherwise I would have kept this to myself as I don't like to bad mouth small businesses.

Iris and Cindy are my absolute favorites! They are best massage therapists I’ve ever had! I am an athlete, I go to Rama Thai Massage every week and since I started, I don’t have any pains in my back and I don’t get injured. Staff is amazing and the place is clean and neat. Highly recommend ♥️

I get massages about once a month. My husband is Thai, so we are huge fans of Thai massage and try to get them whenever we travel. We’re in San Diego for our wedding anniversary and book a 90 minute massage. Based on price and place we’re not expect frills just good Thai massage. I can confidently say this was the worst massage experience of both of our lives. First the room was freezing, which was only partially made up for by a heating pad which intermittently went off. I was shivering. Next, my masseuse just softly rubbed my skin. No deep tissue. No Thai technique. Didn’t ask about areas for focus. Didnt focus on any muscle groups. I kept waiting for the real massage to start but it never did. My husband’s masseuse was extremely unprofessional— she was literally texting the entire time, I could hear her phone dinging and he said she would stop massaging with both hands and just lazily massage with one hand while obviously texting with the other. They were very pushy afterwards insisting on Venmo or Zelle for payment plus tip, and we just wanted to get out and not start a conflict since we had dinner reservations right after, so we stupidly paid and left. I asked if I could get a refund at least for massage and have them keep tip since they still did a service, but they refused. Never experienced a worse massage in our lives. Stay away from this place.

This place was legit and authentic. It most definitely reminded of when I was in Thailand. Glad this place is close to where I live because will for sure go again.

A wonderful Thai massage, centrally located, and decent prices. My only lack of 5 stars are the rooms are small, and the masseuses were talking to each other through the curtains for half of my massage. They are kind and give you tea or water when you leave.

Highly recommend! My last session with Polly was amazing and definitely the best massage I have ever received. All staff are friendly and professional. I left feeling great and craving to go back. This is definitely my go-to for a massage in San Diego! 10/10, you won't be disappointed.

I’m laying here in bed and I can’t stop thinking about this morning’s massage. I made an appointment for my husband and myself. I’m not sure if Rama accepts walk-ins. As all the previous reviews noted, ignore the exterior. Nathan greeted us by name when we entered. After a quick form, we decided to do a couple’s massage and were taken to our connected rooms. A basic table that took up pretty much all of the space. Disrobe to your undies and there are hooks for your clothes. Cindy & Aya were amazing. Aya worked my legs like a champ and Cindy used the perfect pressure on my husband’s back. I’m excited to return!

This is the best spot in San Diego for Thai massage! Cindy is amazing—I had a two-hour session with her and requested the deepest pressure, especially on my legs and hips, and she did not disappoint. The experience was incredibly effective and relaxing. Their prices are great for the quality of service you receive, making it well worth it. I’ll definitely be returning for another session!

This place is quite the hidden gem. I did a 60 minute massage and it was incredible. The aromatherapy instantly turned my mood around and the massage itself left me feeling refreshed. Iris was very kind as well as everyone else I met. The second I left I instantly recommend this place to all of my friends.

I like going here to get my massage done after a tiresome day at work. I normally request for Cindy as a massage therapist to help me ease away the knots and pain. Her powerful hands will know where to touch you as needed. You’ll feel relax after an hour session. Enjoy and have a great one. 🍎
