Ana and the team at the salon have been absolutely amazing! I've been a client since May and am happily on my second Hairskeen system. Deciding what to do with hair loss can be difficult but Ana walked me through all the benefits of having a system with zero pressure to commit. Ana's a fantastic stylist and genuinely cares for the people who sit in their chair. Thank you to Jose!who is just so friendly and personable and thorough when caring for systems. Also shout out to Brian at the front desk who goes above and beyond to accommodate anything you may need! Don't sleep on this spot! Everyone seems to leave with a smile and a stylish head of hair. I recommend everyone this place. I have been with them for 14 years.My hair stylist AnnaLya is wonderful, she is very friendly, nice and I believe she is a talent and expert in her job. I am very picky in choosing every thing and like to try different color, and haircut .she always give me exactly the one that I like to look like. The customer services is perfect. I first visited Ramon Bacaui salon last year when I was visiting the Phoenix area and was overdue for my Brazilian Blowout treatment. Robert performed my blowout and it was one of the highest quality treatments I've ever had. My hair is calm, shiny and healthy. We finally moved to the area this week and I'm so excited to be able to see Robert on a regular basis to keep my hair beautiful! Highly recommend.

Finding a stylist (for men's cuts) can be hard, especially when you're someone that doesn't switch once you find your person! Moving to the area required me to look for a new one and after some research I came across Bissam as being highly recommended. It took a little digging to find where his studio was but when I did I booked an appointment online (which was very easy to do), got a quick confirmation, and attended my appointment. Bissam was very thoughtful in his recommendations regarding my requested style/cut and provided some additional options for the future which I appreciated. I picked some styling tips and some new products to help keep the look he styled for me. The studio itself is large, plenty of stylists working, and clean! I followed my stylist Gabriel to Ramon and went for the first time yesterday. The salon was laid back and people were friendly, the vibe was relaxed and I loved it ❤️ The receptionist was so friendly too! Gabriel is just so good at what he does, you can describe what you want and he'll go "I got you!" And get your hair looking exactly how you wanted. He's also so much fun to chat with (and really isn't that part of the fun of getting your hair done?). Definitely looking forward to coming back.

After my auburn hair turned into to dark brown by a different hair stylist during the gray roots coloring, I was desperate and made appointment with Bissam for color correction. My hair is thin and I was scared that it will be permanently damaged from back to back coloring. Bissam magically returned my hair to original auburn color and it looked healthy. He was confident and professional.He took time, checked the color multiple times until he got perfect result. I am so grateful! The best hair salon in town: easy to make appointment on line, open on Saturday and a great service. Thank you.

Highly recommend Bissam at Ramon Bacaui for men's hair styling. I've been lucky enough to have Bissam as my stylist for years now, and every cut is as good as it gets. As a guy with thinner hair and medium to longer length styles, which can be difficult to cut & style, Bissam's work always exceeds my expectations. By far the best hair stylist I have had in Arizona! I also love Ramon - the salon itself is always clean, stylish, and welcoming. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and makes the visit easy from start to finish. Solid prices as well. 5 Stars!

I travel to Scottsdale a few times a year and no trip is complete without a haircut/style from Bissam Bissam is am experienced master of his craft and can do all the services he performs with outstanding ability He knows how to blend my hair so when it grows out it never has “wings” as I describe it sticking out. My wife is absolutely thrilled with her color and her new style. Lucky you are if you live near Scottsdale and can have his services year round.

Both my daughter and myself had the best experience at Ramon Bacaui Hair Salon! From the moment you walk in, everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. Destiny Bacaui is a obvious coke addict and rude . Last time she did my hair was unevenly dyed and the cut was not even , she was rude to start when I asked her to fix it and she still didn’t fix it correctly. Waste of money and I could do a better job .

Great service and so many friendly people there. I have been going for 2 years now. I love that my stylist listened to my long term goals and assists me with the steps on how to get there and keep my hair healthy. I enjoy the staff and atmosphere. The first time I reached out to this salon, I had a stylist in mind. When first messaged with her, she evaluated my goals and determined another stylist would be a better fit, as I have curly hair. I'm sure she would have been lovely, but the stylist she suggested instead is a DREAM. I've now been to Allie (Allison Jannison) twice and both times I've left the salon soooo happy. I'm a fairly anxious person - stressing about what i'm gonna talk about during the 3 hour appt (cut & balayage). But Allie is just so sweet, empathetic, and easy to talk to. She's honestly just the best. She works wonder with my hair - both with the cut AND the color. ugh the color is SO good. 10/10 absolutely recommend. especially for other high-anxiety gals - she really cares.

I've now been going here over a year for my Hairskeen system and it's simply a 5 star experience every single time! Ana, Jose, Robert, Brian, everyone there is always so friendly and welcoming as soon as I walk in. Ana and Jose are the ones who cut, wash, and replace my system and let me say... they're both so caring, professional, thorough, and pay extra attention to detail from start to finish. my Hairskeen system has truly changed my life and given me back all of my confidence. so if you're on the fence about getting a Hairskeen system then at least go in for a consultation and experience it for yourself! all of these positive reviews speak for themselves!

Kaitlyn D. did an amazing job on my hair, what a transformation! I got a balayage and full foils, went blonder and she achieved the prettiest blonde and put some genuine effort into my hair like it was her own. Get you an appointment while you still can. I’m a traveling nurse and have been to many salons across the country, now I’m gonna be taking a plane ride to AZ just to get my hair done lol. Love it!
