Dulce cuts well but she has a big problem when doing schedules. It happened twice that she called me 5 minutes before my appointment to cancel it. No respect for other's schedule. One time she told me that I had to wait like an hour (just when I arrived) before she can start with my hair cut. Doesn't matter how good she is, I would never go back again to this salon again.
