I'm not sure who did my hair, but she did amazing. She was a very sweet and beautiful Russian girl. I love the Russian culture :). I'm not going to lie, the bleach definitely burned my scalp, but I had extremely short hair so I'm sure it was inevitable. She made sure to rinse the bleach thoroughly so there is zero damage. Just an amazing head of hair! ❤️

First time going here and it was the most unprofessional salon I have been too! Had an appointment with Diana and I regret it. Completely disrespectful! Total waste of money, and my time. Showed her pictures of what I wanted multiple times and still did not deliver. After the cut she asked if I liked it and I told her it is not the cut I wanted. It was longer than expected (the layers specifically) again showed her the same pictures. Her response was why didn’t you say you wanted it shorter? I did not want it shorter than the pictures. She didn’t cut the layers short enough. I can’t see the back of my head when my hair is being cut. I am not the hair stylist, I didn’t go to cosmetology school, and make it my career. I am not going to know specifically the inches or measurements for the layers and the length in between to blend. I told her I showed you pictures multiple times. Again, she said with an attitude I should have told her and she can go shorter. I told her if you’re going to have an attitude right now I don’t want you cutting it as I started to take off the cape. I had my phone on my lap and she pulled off the cape so hard that my phone flew off my lap and went under her station. I said “excuse you” she replied with “why did you say that?” I told her you pulled it off so hard my phone flew on the floor while I reached underneath her station trying to get it. Luckily the screen did not break. She said “I didn’t know it was there” No apologies. However, even if you didn’t know you should still be respectful, mindful, and not aggressive. She checked me out and she bypassed the tip automatically. I definitely do not recommend this salon.

I have very thin, very fine hair and I wear it short. A good haircut is critical - and Diana did an excellent job! She listened to my suggestions and added her knowledge and experience to have me walk out looking FABULOUS! I will definitely be back to see Diana every 6 weeks for a refresh!

Diana at Raya Salon is an artist. I found her through her work - my friend’s hair always looked great. The salon has a friendly, relaxing atmosphere and now I am the one who gets asked who does my hair.

OMG NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t get ur hair done here!! After spending more than $230 for hair coloring, the owner of the salon did not even dry my hair to look at the result. I had to get home in order to blow dry my own hair and check out what had been done and what I had paid for. The top of my hair looks like a carrot and the bottom is dark dark brown.she didn’t do what I had asked for and didn’t even check her work after it was done. Don’t Go to this salon.

Highly recommend!! Diana has been doing my hair for over 12 years and always does the perfect highlights and cut. When my daughter wanted to switch her blond hair to red, I had her go to Diana and she matched the color exactly to the sample photo and looks stunning! I’ve been going to Raya every 4 weeks for 8 months now for color and cut. Shannon has done an excellent job on my hair, helping me to find the perfect tone and shade. Im consistently pleased after each visit, and as a bonus, his company is delightful. Additionally, the owner is always helpful and accommodating when I’m making appointments or needing to change them. Thanks to everyone at Raya!

I was a first time customer at this salon today. Shannon was an amazing professional. He listened to what I wanted, evaluated my hair, and made a recommendation. Did exactly what he said he was going to do and I really love my haircut. It was easy to make an appointment online, the salon is a clean and nice atmosphere... I truly couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend and I will definitely be returning.

My experience at Raya was amazing. Last year we were visiting the area from Canada and came across this salon. I had to make sure I went back again this year. Diane is fantastic. Very knowledgeable in all things hair. My new color is beautiful and the cut is just perfect.
