THIS PLACE IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE EVER AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO.. MESSED MY EYEBROWS UP TREMENDOUSLY.. SO I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THE JONESBORO LOCATION.

FYI, PLEASE READ TIL THE END! From a service rendered on January 23, about a month ago. This review is a bit overdue but I forgot and was recently reminded since I'm due for a wax. I originally booked the Full Body Special Package #1 (includes underarms, full legs, and brazilian wax with honey wax) online for the location that's at 139 Pavilion Pkwy but upon arrival was greeted by signage on the door stating that this location was closed and undergoing renovations. There was another sheet redirecting to go to the other location (about 4 minutes away, 120B Pavilion Pkwy) and a 10% discount would be provided. A bit of an inconvenience but I followed suit. I arrived at said location and was greeted by Yasmin. I informed her about what happened and she insured me they would take care of it. She was nice and directed me to a room in the back after asking if I needed to use the restroom. Before beginning, she asked me what service I wanted and I informed her that I wanted the $80 package with honey wax. She immediately went on to tell me about the crystal wax they have and how it's better for all skin types and irritation. I didn't think anything of this because I had already told her what I wanted. The thing that sucks is the waxing service was actually pleasant besides Yasmin continually telling me about other services they provide that I could get. She was thorough and attentive and I enjoyed the results in the end. The one thing I wasn't prepared for was her telling me my total at the end was going to be $125 before wrapping up and heading to checkout. I was completely confused and shared this with her and she informed me that she used a different wax which is why the total would now be $125. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised with her trying to upsell me during my service but I was. She directed me over to checkout and told me that she made a mistake and that the total would actually be $115 for the service rendered, $103.50 after my 10% discount was applied. I paid and when prompted to tip I declined solely based on the principle of customer service. I was totally turned off by this behavior and have since questioned even returning to this location/franchise. What if I was in the position where I couldn't afford a service over $80? She had no right and I'm writing this to forewarn future patrons to make sure you get EXACTLY what you want (or are willing to pay for) and aren't surprised in the end. P.S. If you're looking for a quality waxing experience without all the hassle, go to Maria's Waxing and Sugaring Studios. It's literally 4 minutes from this place.

I came for the 1st time to have a wax and threading down on my face and ended up with the most relaxing hydrojelly mask that felt amazing. I also had lashes done in tge short length (something I haven't had done in a year) and they are beautiful. I will definitely return to Sara for my facial. My service was wonderful 🤗
