I had an appointment w/ styledbyekee, I showed up to my appointment 15 minutes early just cause money is time and I like to be on time.When my appointment time came around , I texted her like hey I am here …. No response , there was two other ladies there that was super helpful in reaching out to her another 30 mins passed and still no response from the stylist . A hour passed and one of the other ladies offered me service but I was pressed for time and I thanked her and the other ladies. I asked for my deposit back from the stylist and I got no reply once again , I was even willing to rebook my appointment if she communicated like hey I apologize xyx …. But I ain’t even get that . The lack of communication and professionalism is crazy.

I went in today on father's day. I was happy to know that they were open on today. My braider was Miracle, such a beautiful, young lady! She's really good. Check her out thank you I will definitely return. Everyone that works there was cool. And this was my first time going.

I am giving this business a one star review not for the actual service but for my experience with the owner. I see a coupon on Groupon and book two hydrafacials. I called the business a couple of times and no one answered. I retried one last time before getting my money back from Groupon and the owner answered. She was with a customer, and she said she was going to call me back. I wait a day but no call. I call her again and she answers I book an appointment. The day of the appointment(03/30), I call her to confirm and she says she has to postpone because she is waiting for shipment. I think fair enough, let's do Monday(04/03). On 4/3, I start and according to my maps, I'll reach there 5 minutes after the appointment time and I call her to inform that I'll be a few mins late and if that's okay. She says she has to push back again to Thursday bc her call has some trouble. I really wanted to get a facial believe me but I am writing this review frustrated because my time was taken for granted. I think the owner should've called me at least an hour before the scheduled time to inform me of a change in the schedule which did not happen. I spoke to Groupon and got my money back. I won't be going back because of the customer experience and I don't want to go through the ordeal of postponing appointments every week.

Lashes and touch up install. R Don’t believe any positive reviews I believe that anything positive must be done by staff or friends because they delete reviews. Poor service one of the worst I have ever seen and had hands down. I lost quite a bit of my lashes by a lash tech Tori there. They are rude , unprofessional, and ghetto. Don’t even waist your time. I would give them 0 zero stars.

Worst experience I have ever had at a “Salon”. Do not waste your time here. It’s unfortunate that I must leave a review like this but this needs to be addressed. I booked with Melanin_Extensions and the experience was absolutely horrible both times I booked with her. She was rude and unprofessional and caused hair loss due to braiding extremely too tight. Over all the stylists need an attitude adjustments. Please take this review serious if you value quality service ladies!

I experienced with my stylist Jeez she had a very bad attitude & very unprofessional. This was the most awful service I ever received. Based off the other reviews on other stylist & my experience yesterday, I advise y’all not to get service here unless you like ghetto, rude, & dirty service. I was scared to sit my purse on the floor or sit in her room because how dirty it was besides the nasty rude attitude she had. Was scared of bugs biting me lol She had the wrong one fa sure. I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this place. Please do not get service here!

Not everyone can execute the art of having their own business. This place is super disgusting and pretty much a dump. Owner doesn't take care of the building and it shows. Found another place to self care while still supporting beautiful black business! If you're looking for a nice luxury setting for a facial this is not the place.

Oh my goodness! This is the perfect place to take care of all of your beauty needs .This place is a Jack of all trades, anything you need you can get it here. The young people here Work extremely hard and I'm not lying when I tell you every woman Who got out of a chair looked like a model walking out the door!! They're very informed when it comes to Hair. They take the time to explain Anything you want to know and They are also Very down-to-earth So you're sure to be comfortable. I had a wig installed and I can't keep my eyes off myself lol. I will definitely be back thank you all so much!!
