Paid $260 for a spa day for our 11 year anniversary and the two masseuses talked basically the entire time. We were there for 1 hr and 30 minutes and they had a full blown conversation for an 1hr and 15 minutes of it. Not relaxing, very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Brought it up to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it except say they would notify the owner.

I’ve been gettin massage for lower back pain for years. I Go monthly. Travelled to atlanta and found this place. The best massage ever. Highly recommend 60 min deep tissue

I recently stopped by Rebalance Spa for a deep tissue massage and a facial. The 90-minute massage was exactly what I needed to work out some knots and tension. The therapist had a strong touch and really got into the areas I needed attention on. The 30-minute facial was a nice touch and left my skin feeling refreshed. Overall, Rebalance Spa delivered a professional and effective experience. It's a good spot for a guy looking for a solid massage.

My partner and I started our new years with a facial and massage. Everyone there is so kind and welcoming. My partner said it was the best massage he’s ever had and I had such a wonderful and relaxing facial. We both feel brand new! Thank you to all the staff for a such a great experience! I had an appointment with Amy. she is gentle where it is needed and strong enough for those tough spots. She’s very responsive and cater to your needs. I highly recommend her. 10 out of 10.

The lady did not speak English and I told her to be gentle many times. She overstretched my knees and hurt me during a Thai massage. I’ve been to Thailand, this is not how a Thai massage should be. I would caution people to not get the Thai massage here, you will get injured. My old knee injury has resurfaced I tried to stop her and she wouldn’t listen or didn’t understand.

I scheduled a deep tissue massage with Cici and she was amazing. If you want a massage deeper than the ocean, then this is the place. I had other massage therapists at this place and they all have been all great. Highly recommend.

It was my first time there, and I can't wait to go back. I enjoyed a one-hour body treatment and a 30-minute facial, both of which were incredible. The therapist ensured my comfort throughout, and I found myself drifting off to sleep. The pricing was excellent for such high-quality service.

This place is amazing just a short drive from where we were staying at the Marriott hotel. Very prompt with their response to emails about the scheduling and prices We got the 3-hour couples massage and it was absolutely phenomenal all of the associates and therapists were extremely professional and skilled at their craft I would recommend this to anybody looking for a good quality massage. I tried the thai yoga massage combo and quite honestly I think Thai yoga might be my new favorite thing it's stretched parts of me that I didn't know needed stretching and I feel like a noodle;)

"The atmosphere was great, it was clean, and the location was fantastic. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing. The therapist asked about my problem areas at the beginning and checked in during the massage to adjust the pressure according to my needs. She listened to my body and focused on the problem areas, which made a significant difference. I left feeling amazing and gave her a great tip. I would definitely recommend it."

I was told somewhat good things about this place and decided to do a head to toe massage. For starters, the foot massage is for 30 minutes in a small room at the front of the Spa behind curtains that is not intimate at all. You can hear conversations as people walk in and out of the establishment, as well as conversations in the next room. Not what I expected for a day that is supposed to be somewhat relaxing. When I signed in at the front desk, I was told to select the pressure for my massage. I asked for the lightest pressure, needless to say, I woke up with bruises all over my legs the next day (photos attached). After the 30mins, we proceeded to a well lit room, which was also quite different for a massage, typically a room has low lighting. The therapist (Serena) was so rough, I spent the entire 30 mins patiently waiting for it to end. Will not return, this was the most painful massage I have ever endured in life.

I have really bad tennis elbow so I went in for a 30 minute deep tissue massage for only the one arm and already I'm significantly better. Mary worked me real good, and apprently that's what was needed. I was able to brush my hair with the bum arm pain-free for the first time in 6 weeks. A friend who had the same issue had recommened I go here and I'm so glad he did. I have an appointment already scheduled for next week.

I come to this spa often and have always received quality massages. At times there is a little bit of a language barrier, but it is usually easy to work through. I’ve never seen or experienced being forced to tip, so not sure about those reviews. They are always very friendly and accommodating, especially as I normally walk in without an appointment.

The body massage was ok but the facial is very basic … they use basic products u can buy at Walmart and I really dislike how Chinese people always ask for a tip a tip is deserved not asked for ! And u can not get a attitude because a person doesn’t want to tip u after spending 300$ with your business

This place is great. Within the beautiful neighborhood of Inman Park Atlanta this little spa is a necessary escape. Modest price for the best services in the category. 60 minute massage was $80 I mean you can’t get better.

What a find! I phoned first thing in the morning to be greeted by Sarina. I could easily understand what she was telling me, which was that one of her best masseuses, Ying, was available for a 2-hour massage immediately. How lucky I was because YING who could also easily understand me had a lot of experience and would let me tell her all the hurting places on my body; not that I needed to tell her because she could easily ascertain by touch where those were. She was very pleasant and very much wanted to help me. How much better I felt afterwards! The facility is very clean, has a neutral, yet pleasant aroma and had a very safe feeling about it. No sketchy vibes that you many times pick up on when you enter other spas. Another thing I love about Rebalance is that they don’t hard sell you to upgrade to a higher priced pacakage. They did gently tell me what was available, but didn’t pressure me as many other spas often do. The check out process by Sarina was very professional. She’s a classy person who told me upfront that CC’s had a 3% fee and that I could pay in a few other ways to avoid that. Both ladies I dealt with had a friendly, calming spirit about them. Every time I return to Atlanta, I will make sure I have an appointment in advance so there’s no way I can miss a massage by Ying!

I called ahead to make an appointment and still has to wait 30 mins for my service. My service was the deep tissue 60 minute massage. Once ready my service was rushed and the guy just spent alot of time patting me while breathing heavy and sweating. Absolutely horrible ! They had the audacity to ask about a tip after I wasted $72. Don’t ask for a male deep tissue specialist if you decide to go!

I had the best experience here. I travel a lot for work and my back was completely in knots. 💢 The girl who worked on me(I unfortunately forgot her name) was very skilled and made me feel brand new.😊 Highly recommended the deep tissue massage!!!

What a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted immediately upon entering with no appointment but they took me back right away. Sometimes it is hard to plan out your day so if you need a last minute, high quality massage THIS IS THE PLACE! Ying at the front desk helped me decide which massage was best for my body and she gave some great recommendations. During the massage she made sure to check in with me numerous times to ask if the pressure was okay. You can tell these are highly trained massage therapists and the prices are so affordable that I will be able to go back multiple times! I also got the Thai massage/ stretch session and man oh man let me tell you it was such a relief and I told her I was a dancer so she did the works :) Upon checkout I was notified of the rewards program and signed up! I am excited to go back in a few weeks.
