Katie is exceptional at what she does—10/10, highly recommend! Her deep tissue techniques and ability to work out tough knots are unmatched. She incorporated active stretching, cupping, and bamboo scraping, which were exactly what my tight muscles needed. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and Katie's approachable nature made it easy to communicate throughout the session. She also checks in to make sure you're comfortable. Overall, one of the best massage experiences I've had. Plus, the military discount is a great bonus for supporting active military and veterans.

Bruh! Book now or I'll take your spot. 20 year veteran and 10 of those years out to sea. Wearing 20 plus pounds of gear and steel toe boots doesn't make for a happy back. The service was awesome, comfortable room and in a safe location. I remember falling asleep a few times and waking myself up snoring. With all my service connected disabilities from my neck to my knees this deep tissue massage really helps and alleviates my muscle knots.
