I have had many services done by Iris. I have gone from a solid red to blonde balayage ! I have even gotten a pink money piece in which she sent me home with a free leave in Color rinse because she knows I wash my hair every day ! She did a last minute updo and put in my hair extensions! She is always friendly and I love her work. I’m very particular about who does my hair and I have trusted her for years now ! Thanks girl for always making my hair a priority !

I'm excited about Rebel Hair Parlor and Shirley! I've stayed loyal to Iris, my hairdresser, who now works here. They always deliver, make you feel welcome, and have very reasonable prices. My 4-year-old also gets her haircuts and braids done with Iris now. I always recommend them to all my girlfriends and family members. Give them a try for yourself!

Incredible location! I have a receding hairline and find it extremely difficult to find a barber who can work with my hair, for me to be satisfied. I was extremely impressed on such a great job he did. I will not go anywhere else to get my haircut now. I live in Austin, Texas and travel to Elmendorf frequently. I make sure I always fit in a stop here before going back to Austin to have a fresh cut. I HIGHLY recommend this location! Professional, skillful, friendly and they appreciate your business. They sure have earned a long term customer. See ya for my next cut!

Don’t get your bangs cut here. Here is what I asked for vs. what I was left with. And yes this was after two styling attempts by the hairdresser. At first she wasnt even going to style them but I asked if she can so they can look alright, and then this is how I was sent out of the salon.

I was excited to go here because the reviews were really good. When I 1st made my appointment the person on the phone was very nice. I actually got off early the day before my appointment so I called to see if they can fit me in earlier which they did. I asked about getting my hair colored unfortunately when I got to the appointment wasn't able to do. When I got to the salon no one was friendly. My Stylist wasn't happy I was just getting a cut and a wax and made it known. As you can see she didn't do a good job on my hair and it looks butchered. The back looks worse and uneven It's a simple cut that I've had done for years with no issues. She was super cold and unfriendly the whole time. I originally scheduled an appointment to have my hair colored at a later date which I have canceled. I have very short hair and $220 is very high for a color with highlights. After I styled my hair this morning and seen how uneven it was I was very disappointed with the cut. Very unhappy with my whole experience.

When I first visited this place it was great, because they are great people and offer great service for a fairly decent price, and it’s just down the road from me. Unfortunately their prices have gone up recently causing me to look for another place - or even learning how to cut my own hair.

Shirley is amazing! I walked in and happened to catch them when there wasn't a bunch of people waiting. She helped me figure out what I wanted based off of a few pinterest images I'd saved and was efficient with cutting and washing. I'd highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking a new hairstylist. From the atmosphere and what I saw everyone is very nice and knows their stuff.

I was able to get an appointment the day before, I got a simple cut, the appointment was quick, haircut came out decent and the price came out cheaper than I expected from the website pricing, made sure to give a decent tip.

I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours, which I consider last minute. I didn't have to wait overly long. She was professional and friendly. The haircut was exactly what I asked for, and it looks great! I have thin hair that is thinning, and that makes it difficult to cut and style, but she knocked it out of the park. Will definitely go back again.

The barber took his tike cutting my sister and nephew's hair. We walked in and they were able to get in a chair as soon as we walked in as there was no wait.

Very nice place, the staff is friendly. They make you feel welcomed. They have both a barbershop and beauty shop inside. Stop by you won't be disappointed.
