Floats are so interesting... They take you in a different direction each time and you come out of them feeling extremely relaxed and happy. This branch of Reboot is really great - friendly staff, clean, relaxing music and great design. Highly recommended!

I had such a relaxing and positive experience at this spa! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility was so clean and the float session really helped create a strong sense of calmness that I still feel days later!

Every session, upon entry, the team is welcoming and ready. The sauna and float rooms are clean, fresh, and set to perfect temperatures for the treatments. The team is communicative whenever I've needed to adjust an appointment, send a float or treatment to a friend, and they're pro-active in asking about anything else I might need. Much appreciation to all 3 locations who continue to provide consistent, caring experiences. 🙏🏽 💪🏽

First off I love the staff here, they are helpful and have great recommendations for freezing or floating. Everything is clean and bright, and the process moving between the freeze, sauna and float is easy. I appreciate the little touches like lemon water and tea, and everything is always well stocked. This is my happy place!

Hi - just started here but have floated before. Very clean, set up nicely, quick to get in and out, friendly staff. Also, perfect temperature! One degree makes a big difference across an hour, so well done!

I absolutely love this place! My new favorite obsession is fire and ice. I feel high afterwards! When I don't have a lot of time I just do the cryo. I have knee pain and and it's really helpful. Also helps with my sleep.

I always visit Reboot Spa when I need a pick me up for when I am feeling not so great, run down, or just plain tired! I am a big fan of infrared sauna to detox and for light therapy-I feel warmer (so wonderful for chilly SF) and I look more glowy and have more energy afterwards. Reboot Spa is part of my self-care routine!

I go here weekly for the sauna/cold plunge. It's a private room all to yourself, a very serene way to wind down after a long day at the office. Staff are super friendly. As a bodybuilder as well the weekly sessions have gone a long way to helping me with recovery.

I had a great floating experience during my first time at the Valencia Reboot location. I enjoyed submerging body (while keeping my head up float) in water to relaxing music and synchronizing colorful lights. Highly recommend this experience for anyone looking for a theraputic experience for one's body and mind.

I have been coming to this location for a few years now and they have always had great service + facilities. The booking process is very easy and the staff has always been extremely helpful. When they first offered the monthly subscription, I hopped on the opportunity and thought it was extremely worth it! I liked the fact that you could share the credits, and when I had friends/family visit I would take them here to try this experience! This is my go to float spot and I would highly recommend this place!

I have loved making Reboot's infrared sauna or cold plunge and sauna a part of my week. It's a relaxing space to unwind and I appreciate it being so close. Until I install a sauna or plunge in my apartment I will continue booking at Reboot. Sign up for their email and packages are usually on sale during different holidays. Much cheaper than booking one at a time.

I love Reboot! I enjoyed the float spas but my absolute favorite is the Fire & Ice rooms (sauna + cold plunge). The rooms are private and clean, someone can join you for an extra $20, and I feel like a million bucks when I leave! If you’re new to deliberate cold exposure, I recommend starting with the infrared sauna because the temp difference when you cycle through isn’t as intense. My fav is the traditional sauna but the infrared is enjoyable too : )

I really enjoy the entire experience of floating here. From being greeted into the space, the relaxing rooms and very well maintained float tanks. Their membership works great for helping me carve out much needed self-care time each month (and floats roll over for those hectic months where that can’t happen!)

I've been going to Valencia Reboot over the past six months for floats, sauna and now cryo. It's been wonderful and so beneficial for me. The staff is warm, friendly, relaxed and professional at the same time. The facility is clean, fresh and welcoming. And the treatments are so good. I feel this is part of my healing process. I love being able to play my own music or guided meditations during the treatments.

I've had pretty major joint issues over the years and have found cryo, sauna and floats here to be incredibly helpful. It's easier to get around after doing that circuit, and really improves mood too. Everyone who I've interacted with has been kind and knowledgeable, it's a great place to be a regular.

I've loved this place every time. The front desk is friendly, it's easy to get set up in the tanks, and just get going. For my first time, they gave me some pointers, so I could figure out everything I needed to and didn't have any distractions throughout the experience. It's not for everyone, but worth trying at least once. For me, it's a great way to completely rid my mind of all the modern world distractions

I’ve been going to reboot spa since around the time they opened. I love the clean and friendly atmosphere! I do a freeze, sauna, float regimen when I feel the work - life balance start to tip and boy does it do the trick!! Love the services ReBoot offer, the helpful staff, and will continue coming back! I’ve been going to this Reboot location for a few years every time I need a good reset and have never had a bad experience. The staff is so lovely and welcoming. They understand even if I’m a few minutes late trying to find parking. The float rooms are always clean and well taken care of. The saunas are comfortable, the temperature is adjustable, and the ability to play music is also available. I recommend Reboot to all my friends, even those who haven’t experienced the benefits of floating.

Me and my fiance tried their fire & ice special as well as the pod and it was amazing! I’ve always had shoulder pain due to my strenuous workouts and it helped a lot! We’re definitely coming back and hope to make it a weekly thing!

Reboot is a family-owned wellness spa serving the Bay Area since April 2015. We opened our first location at 1912 Lombard in the Marina with 4 float tanks. In January 2017, we opened our second location in the Rockridge district of Oakland and added cryotherapy and infrared sauna. In 2018, we opened our third location on Valencia Street in the Mission and added T-Shock and compression therapy. This is a MUST TRY experience!

Reboot has great sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy options and a great staff at both mission and marina locations I’ve visited. If you enjoy privacy (unlike shared banyas) and the option of going with a partner this is a great place to do so.

Reboot in the Mission is exactly what I was looking for in my journey to better well-being. I go for the Fire and Ice sessions, and I could not be more thrilled with the experience. The clean facilities, privacy, and cold plunge temp are all huge pluses that I can’t find anywhere else in the city. As someone who is active all of the time, this is perfect for recovery. If I had to nitpick anything…I just wish that the sessions lasted slightly longer than 45 minutes (but that’s because I selfishly want more time to relax)! Overall, really recommend this place.

Reboot is an amazing retreat to relax and reboot. The staff are kind, caring and make this location extra special. The facility is modern, well maintained and clean. I love the traditional and infrared Fire and Ice treatments for knocking out inflammation in my body and resetting my perspective. My partner raves about the compression boots. Give this place a try to max your mental and physical performance.

A good friend introduced me to Reboot. I love the float sessions so much that I bought a membership so that I can treat myself once a month. The experience is one of the best meditation experiences I've ever had. The staff a friendly and helpful. Also, try a sauna and then a float for a complete experience.

I love Reboot, been coming here for a couple of years. I do the infrared sauna weekly to reduce inflammation in my body. I have an autoimmune and it’s extremely helpful. I started taking my son with me as well from time to time. We both love it.
