This was my first time with cold plunging and the infrared sauna. Jarod was super helpful and explained everything. Also he talked me through my first two minutes of my cold plunging which I was grateful for. Definitely will be back!

Feeling I needed more than foam rolling & stretching for recovery, I gave REBOOT a try. The Normatec legs work like magic, & I was impressed with the impact the cold plunge/hot sauna treatment had on my body as a whole. Well worth the investment of time & money. After being an avid Enduralab member for almost a decade, I realized I needed to spend more time recovering. Reboot was the recovery addition I didn't know I needed until now. After experiencing the contrast of the cold plunge with the heat of the sauna, my muscle felt more recharged than ever. The Normatec boots were used for about 30 minutes, and I can say that I didn't have any lactic acid built up like I normally would have without having used them. REBOOT is such an amazing experience. I started using Reboot and contrast therapy about 5 months ago and fell in love with it. Not at first of course, (because it sounded like torture!) but I read up on it and listened to the experience of others. Finally I committed to 30 days to see how my body responded. What an amazing difference it made. Recovery time and easing inflammation has been the biggest result. I had shoulder surgery about 6 months prior to this, and it eased the stiffness and soreness that didn't want to go away....wow. What I love most is how it improves my mood and energy level. I am sold on it!

I’ve been consistently using the Reboot facilities for several months now and it’s been great. I’ve always valued recovery outside of my workouts (foam rolling, yoga, etc.), but access to Reboot has taken it to another level. The hot/cold sessions with the sauna and cold plunge tub have helped with inflammation, along with bouncing back from a heavy workout load. I also frequently use the Normatec products to help flush the muscles as well. All in all, it’s great value to have access to this compared to all the cost I would incur trying for this same at home setup. I highly recommend Reboot!!

I Love doing Hot/Cold cycles at Reboot. It helps my body get rid of any tightness and relax after a long week of working out. The mental benefits are my favorite, I hate the cold so I feel really accomplished after doing the plunge and I know it’s making me more disciplined the more I do it.

Reboot is a GAME CHANGER! The difference in my muscle and joint pain before and after one 30-minute session of recovery boots was amazing. And the process was so simple; just show up, sit down, and let the compression massage work it’s magic. I’ll definitely be integrating regular sessions at Reboot into my strength recovery routine.

SO GLAD to have discovered REBOOT in Fort Worth! Just 30-minutes in the Normatec compression boots, and I feel like a new person! Top that off with some contrast therapy, and I quite literally feel unstoppable. What a hidden gem this is! Why is this the first real and productive recovery business in Fort Worth? The set up is so smart. Their Normatec boots are set up in a way where you can recline and tune out, or zip in for a little recovery while you have a team meeting or team bonding activity. The infrared sauna is big enough to fit three people (although, why would you want to), and their cold plunge is so clean! I highly recommend Reboot. This will not be my last time here.
