Been a patron of Reboot Marina for many years! Teams are friendly and knowledgeable. More importantly the facility is clean and well maintained. Definitely a serene oasis. You don't need pics. You just need to make an appointment and GO!

I absolutely love the float tank . The staff are helpful but not intrusive, the rooms are clean and everything you need is provided. I have rhuematoid arthritis and this really helped with the pain both physically and mentally. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend giving it a try. It's a great experience.

I have being a customer of Reboot Spa (Marina) since 2021 and my experience was always outstanding. Very clean spa, easy to book, great customer service and my favorite "Fire & Ice" spa, which is amazing! Highly recommended.

I love Reboot Spas (both Marina and the Mission) because these are some of the only places that offer infrared saunas in the city. I like that it's quick and efficient, and you can bring a friend depending on what package you choose. I've tried floating once too, it was very relaxing and refreshing. Very friendly staff.

I periodically visit Reboot on Lombard for self-care revitalization knowing I'll be treated with care and comfort. Would recommend to all #frisco locals. Please note the proximity to great restaurants on Union for post-spa deliciousness.

I've only done the Fire and Ice here, but I will be coming back - it was great to have the sauna and cold plunge in the same room. The staff were friendly and helpful... I look forward to my next visit!

Reboot is my favorite place to be after work! I personally love the infrared sauna and the fire & ice rooms the best. I always leave feeling refreshed, and the staff is always incredibly helpful as well!

The location is very easy to find, the spa is clean and inviting, the staff is super helpful and answer all questions. As someone who struggles with anxiety on top of joint issues, this spa is heaven sent! I love being able to be weightless and able to zone out in peace while all my worries fade away. I leave feeling relaxed, recharged, and ready to face the day. If you're on the fence about whether you should take the plunge, do it!

This is my favorite Reboot location as their Infra Sauna allows up to two people max for the price of one. I always go with my partner to detox and we always came out rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the day. The facility is clean and service is always accommodating. Be sure to subscribe to their email listing as they always have seasonal promo deals.

I got a facial by Jazelle here and it was amazing. I was having a rough day and the treatment was so relaxing; she was so professional and knowledgeable yet warm, I felt much better afterwards. Such a sweetheart, definitely recommend.

This place needs to rename itself. They’re no longer offering floating AT ALL. I am beyond disappointed. How can you say you’re a float spa and discontinue the float pods indefinitely?! I’ve been coming here since 2016 and I drive all the way from Novato. It’s 30 minutes to the Marina. The Mission and Rockridge locations are a good 60 minutes both ways which makes it not a relaxing option at all. With the Marina location no longer offering floating, I guess my floating days are over.

Jazelle went above & beyond to help us out when we made a wrong booking. She took so much initiative to problem solve for us and ensured that we did as little work possible to have a relaxing time with Reboot. Interacting with her alone left me more relaxed and positive . Thank you so so much.

Update: I really appreciated how this situation was handled and will definitely be back I came here for a float session which I booked using credit from a package I had purchased a while ago. After my float, they tried to charge me for the price of it and when I asked why I owed additional money on top of the package credit I had used, they were unable to explain why and spent the next 10 minutes of my time asking me to log into my account and show them my account history. The whole interaction really ruined my post-float calm - I didn't come to Reboot to leave more stressed.

I did a cryofacial with Alysia, who is nothing short of AMAZING. The treatment itself was super comfortable and calming, but Alysia in particular has the healing touch! My skin looked incredible afterwards and still does today. I can't wait to get a package and do more there!

I have been going here for a month and while it started off strong, things have started to take a turn for the worst. Incident 1. The new traditional sauna was not heating, the staff rebooted it and still no luck. Cold plunge same day was at 55 degree usually is and should be about 48. Incident 2 - compression boots not working, sat there waiting for them to inflate and nothing. Incident 3 - Park my car and get a call saying traditional sauna is not working. Incident 4. Cold plunge at 57 degrees. I have been going here religiously twice a week but for an expensive service like this you should get what you pay for. One more incident and I’m out. Pro- Very nice and helpful staff. Shout out to Joe and Jezzele for being awesome. Bumping up my rating to a 4 - the customer service is amazing and the place is pretty great. Thank you for listening and taking feedback seriously. Also, I was comped for the issues. Hope my experience goes back to the top quality I was used to.

This place is pretty great! I've only done the Fire & Ice but I really enjoyed it. The place is clean and they do a very good job of making it relaxing. The cold plunge is, well, cold but worth every second you can stay in. The sauna is great as well. I also love the sauna since my gym doesn't have one. While it may be a bit pricey, try one of their specials!

This was my first experience in a float/sensory tub and it was a very gentle, trauma informed approach that allows you to control how much light or darkness you want, open or closed pod, music or silence. I was impressed by the professional staff and immaculately clean space. Plus street parking was easy. I will definitely go back.

Don't go here! They'll take your money, close up shop for months with no one to answer the phones due to the pandemic. Then once open months later and finally responding, they told me to pound sand instead of just refunding my GC since I've moved out of the city. That's bad business and bad karma. Can't trust someone like this.

I had gotten the T-Shock service done with Gayle and absolutely loved it. I had not been able to turn my neck for a few weeks and had tried multiple different types of massages. None of which I was a fan of and none of which worked. After not knowing what else to try, T-Shock was recommended. It was completely different from a massage. Gayle did a consultation with me to figure out what part of my body we should focus on and naturally it was my neck. After the service of a hot and cold treatment on my neck and a little work with Gayles magic hands, I gained full mobility of my neck! That day, I also had the best night sleep I’ve had in ages! I felt absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this. I don’t think I’ll ever get any type of body work done besides T-Shock! I can not wait to do it more! :)

I'm still fairly new in floating. But I've been trying to come to reboot whenever I'm able. My experience so far had been great, always friendly and professional and good in the cleanliness department. I have yet to try all the services out but I enjoy the sauna particularly the infrared and the float. If you haven't done this, give it a try. Thanks Reboot!

I've been floating for 5 years but had to switch from Oakland Floats to Reboot because the former closed due to COVID, sadly. Oakland Floats made a deal with Reboot that allowed their customers to recieve credits that were no longer redeemable due to closure. Thanks for both businesses for putting the customer first to make that happen. That said, the vibe at RB is different than it was at Oakland Floats - more business profit (transactional) less Zen. Whereas OF was a one of kind experience, Reboot feels like a well manicured franchise. (Thats probably why they were able to stay in business). This wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that my past 2 experiences have been negative. Each room I've booked in have been loud - everything from occasional banging sounds, to hearing the motor of the room next door, to the main room light turning off and on every 10 minutes. At $60 + a pop / hour, when that hour is the only hour you have destress. it matters. And I don't get the sense that anything will change. I'm all for small business franchises making a profit, but I wish this biz would get its priorities straight.

Weak and uncustomer friendly business. Closed up shop due to the pandemic so long I couldn't use my gift cert. No one could answer then. It's been such a long time I'm no longer in the city. Now they're open but wont refund my GC which is the fair thing to do for not being available to deliver services. That's not a fair way to treat people and unfair. Screw this business.
