I always get my eyebrows threaded here and I always go to Rebecca, I trust her completely, her work is great! Ive been going here for about 2 years now and the service is great 👍🏽

I get my Brows Laminated and Lashes Curled here. Will never go anywhere else. The women are kind and relaxing and so friendly. You can't beat it for $$.

I’ve been coming here for two years and the past few times have been awful so I’m no longer going back. The staff are rude and the wait times are insane even if you make an appointment. Why even have an online appointment system if you don’t honor who someone makes their appointment with? Just all around awful service, there are better places that are less expensive and treat their customers right.

When I first walked in I was very skeptical and nervous. Only because I thought the price was lowkey expensive(15 bucks). I could not have been more wrong. The lady that did my eyebrows Uneesha did an amazing job. I told her I was nervous because I hadn’t gotten my eyebrows threaded in years. She reassured me and told me that there was no need to be nervous. I let her know what I want and she did exactly that. It was totally worth the price. My eyebrows have never looked better, I have not idea why but they look much fuller and so much cleaner.Definitely coming back!

I walked in earlier today for eyebrow threading and tint. First off, it's been the most painful threading I've ever experienced, ever! Lastly and worst of all, as soon as the lady finished applying the brow tint and telling me I'd had to wait 15 minutes before clean up, another lady asks me if I could "pay now so they could close" and I was okay with doing so, while at it, she also asked me if I could pay "in cash" as it's better for them. I did so because I wasn't trying to be rude, so whatever. Right after I was done paying, the lady who did my tint told me it's time to take it off. I look at my phone, and it's still 10 min left on the timer, which means I've only had the tint for about 5 minutes. I asked her "usually how long do you leave the tint on?" She said "about now or 10 minutes, but also some people take it home. " They handed me two wipes, what seemed like baby wipes and sent me out. I was a bit confused and felt weird after leaving, I pretty much got told to leave right after I paid without completing the service. I'm no professional eyebrow lady. Otherwise, I would just do it myself, I don't walk into an eyebrow shop, OR ANY SHOP, expecting half the service while paying them for full service. The lady who threaded my eyebrows seemed nice, but in the end, I felt like service was no good. Instead of completing their full service there (what I paid for), they sent me out with eyebrows full of tint and 2 wipes in hand. I've never experienced this before. I understand they were going to close, but if they don't have time, they could've just told me they weren't taking any more clients when I walked in. After I wiped my eyebrows, the tint didn't even set in properly.

The most unprofessional staff , they dont know how to treat their customers .. facial was unhygenic and too hard for my face .. specially not recommended for anyone.. the owner also doesnt respond for anything 😡 there is no zero star so i had to put one just tonleave the review .

Made an appointment online for Eyebrow threading, Upper lip threading, and Brazilian came out great! Only weird thing was I booked waxing for eyebrow and upper lip, but the woman began my upper lip with threading… I decided to stick with the threading and was pleasantly surprised and the result for both upper lip and brows! My Brazilian was waxing and a little threading, not too bad. I’d highly recommend this place. My eyebrows look amazing!🤩 I booked with Sunita.

4 stars only because I had one terrible experience. I’d normally go to Rebecca however one day she wasn’t there and I needed my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Terrible mistake the lady cut half of one of my eyebrows off and tinted my eyebrows jet black when I asked for light/blondish brown which was the color of my brows. I had to wait 2-3months to try to grow my eyebrow that was cut halfway off length back. Even after 3 months my one eyebrow is short then the other and I have naturally thick long eyebrows. Went back today to REBACA she is amazing will only go to her from now on!!!

Eyebrow threading!!!! I can’t say I might be a little picky and possibly annoying when getting my eyebrows done. Even though I might get a little pushy about how I want my eyebrows the technicians are always polite and patient. They do an amazing job. I walk in looking like the grinch and walk out fabulous ♥️

Good for eyebrows but not for full face, my skin was ruined with them using wax. Got irritated before my graduation and just made me sad 👎👎

I only go for eye threading. Gets busy on some days/time so make an appointment unless you don’t mind waiting. Everyone is great and friendly. I go with whoever is available but a lot of people make appointments with Rebecca. Always clean

I signed up for eyebrow threading. But without asking me, she began threading other parts of my face that I didnt ask for. Surely that would be complementary…so I didn’t stop her as she had already started. Nope, charged me double. I would’ve otherwise made this my go to spot and given them plenty more money , but the sneaky stuff is always a no go. Won’t be back. From the look of other reviews this is a pattern

Parking is a little hard but worth going here. Appointments strongly recommended. Had Rebecca do my eyebrows and underarms. She’s great! Takes her time and pays attention to detail.

They do a great job here! Kinda pricey and sometimes the wait is so long I leave, but I always try to call ahead. My eyebrows always look good though!

Got an eyelash perm here and totally regretted it. The perm was not well done and had a very unnatural curl. I asked her about it afterwards and she said that's how it's supposed to look (it's not). I regretted it and the next day I emailed them to ask if there's a way to undo or relax the perm faster. I never received a response. I would not recommend this place for eyelash perms.

Nice place but I asked for wax only & she threaded them after I specifically asked for waxing. Loved how my eyebrows were left but she kept telling me why I do waxing like she kept saying it’s bad .She kept asking and asking and I just told her because I don’t like threading. And she still kept saying it’s bad for my skin. I don’t like threading because my skin is sensitive and it hurts. I prefer waxing because it’s faster and less painful. If waxing is bad they should just take it off their menu. And if you do go here DON’T ask to get them waxed. I’m never coming back.

This place is extremely popular. I've been here different times of the day. Three girls have done my eyebrows. They are all very professional and polite. However there is one girl that's super good. The last time I was there this young girl did my eyebrows and did such a great job. The price is definitely right the location is convenient to work
