Aaron really helped relieve my joint (wrist, elbow, knees) and lower back pain. He was attentive when I explained the types of pain I was having postpartum from carrying a newborn and was great at diagnosing which muscle groups were tense. I appreciate how thoughtful he was providing targeted relief. I left the appointment with significantly improved joint and lower back discomfort.

I would highly recommend booking with Meredith. I travel a ton and that definitely takes a toll on your body. This was my first time booking and definitely won’t be the last. Meredith is such a professional but also makes you feel comfortable and was super down to earth. She provided recommendations post massage to make sure I was supporting my body’s healing process. She was able to customize the massage given my needs and all I can say is WOW. I genuinely feel great. Following that massage I slept so well and my body felt so rested and restored. Highly recommend!

Just had a fantastic massage from Aaron! He was very thoughtful with the initial part of the visit asking many questions and having me go through a range of poses so he could properly evaluate me before starting the actual body work. He checked in throughout the session. He is very skilled and very kind. I’ll definitely be back!

I have had two great experiences here, one with Jenniffer and one with Aaron. They both took the time before the appointment to ask about specific issues or injury history and had really thoughtful things to say after the appointment that left me more conscious of how I may be using certain parts of my body and how they may need more stretching/maintenance than others due to posture or repetitive movements I may be doing. I hope to return!

My 90 minute massage with Aaron Moss was extraordinary. I went in with a lot of pain, Aaron assessed what I was describing and let me know what he planned to do to help me. It is not simple massage that Aaron is practicing, it is true therapy. After my session I felt refreshed and ready to move! I'm usually groggy and sluggish following a regular massage. Thank you Aaron!

My massage therapy with Aaron Moss could not be more positive. He is so passionate about his craft, going above and beyond to root cause sources of tension and explain the process all along the way. I decided to come here because I have been having chronic tension around my rhomboids that keeps returning in spite of my own regular massaging, and just one session with Aaron left me not only feeling immediately better but also with new stretching knowledge to try to improve the problem going forwards. My session with Aaron Moss was amazing! Not only is Aaron professional, but he is also social and wants to get to know you. My time with him was very collaborative and he checked-in with me regarding the amount of pressure he was using. I came out so relaxed and this has been the best message therapy experience. Nicholas is one of the most intuitive bodyworkers I've ever come across. Since moving away from San Francisco, I have yet to find another practitioner that could resolve my tension areas as thoroughly as he can. When I come for a visit, I make sure to book an appointment with him. He is caring and always making sure that you got what you needed from the session. I always recommend my clients in San Francisco to him!

Reconnect Body Therapy is the place to get a massage! The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. Aaron is incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming. He used consistent pressure throughout and would return to a spot when he realized he could have applied more pressure prior. He was communicative and made me feel comfortable to advocate for my needs. I will definitely be returning!

Reconnect shares a calm and friendly second floor space with other practitioners. A overall feeling of care is present. The rooms have operable windows and natural light. An ideal place for the body to learn how to let go and to listen.

Aaron is absolutely incredible. I’ve had 2 sessions so far and he’s been able to help me fix problems I’ve had for years in my hips and back. He has so much passion for learning more about the human body and you can tell that he genuinely cares about helping people.

I booked a first time massage at Reconnect Therapy and Aaron was amazing. The massage was not the most ‘gentle’ but I feel reset today and my long lasting pains have mostly gone . I am sure the other therapists are equally gifted and I have already booked my next appointment . Place is clean and well maintained plus easily reachable from anyone situated west of the city. I had a fantastic experience here! Had a 90 min massage and Nicholas really listened to me, adjusting pressure as needed or working on areas that seemed to need extra attention. It was super calming (just what I needed post-natal!). Highly recommend and plan to return!

I had an amazing massage experience with Jenniffer Garfield. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and I was deeply relaxed and blissed out during my entire session. As a new mom with a 5 month old, this time was sacred and treasured, and Jenniffer's technique and intuitiveness allowed me to experience the massage with very little verbal communication so that I could appreciate it all the more. She checked in with me before and after the session and I felt heard and my body felt so good afterwards. I cannot recommend this establishment more highly.

I have been neglecting my body as a new parent and I am so glad that I chose to come to Reconnect to work with Aaron. Nicholas is one of those rare male massage therapists that I feel comfortable and safe with, and truly able to let go with. I require massages where the therapist works with intention and intuition rather than just going through the motions or using a technical protocol that they've learned in school, and Nicholas hits all the marks. He is nurturing and holds grounding space without being disruptive to your process of unwinding stored emotions and trauma in the body. I'm grateful to have found him.

They consider my specific needs each time I show up and I feel energetically lighter every time.
