We love Heather! She is an amazing lactation consultant, and I cannot recommend her lactation services highly enough! We met with her several times and she was always kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the very complicated process of breastfeeding to me (first time mom), answered all of my questions, and offered practical, effective solutions tailored to my needs. Her guidance not only helped me improve my breastfeeding technique but also boosted my confidence as a new mom. Additionally, she did some cranial sacral therapy with our baby to help improve his latch, and it helped so much! Thanks to Heather’s expertise, I feel empowered, and breastfeeding is going so well and is actually an enjoyable experience now. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about both you and your baby’s well-being, Heather is the one to go to!

Went for a 60min infrared sauna and it was fantastic. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the post sauna shower - there’s only a single shower and the curtain was a little grimy. I wish they had a locker room or multiple showers.

Amanda has helped so much with our baby’s tension after his tongue tie revision. His latch continues to improve and he is noticeably calmer overall. She’s a baby whisperer and excellent at her craft!

I just got an Athletic Recovery massage from Andres and if I could give more stars I would! The pressure was perfect and I feel like a whole new person. I especially liked his music and vibe, very comfortable and relaxing. I was experiencing discomfort in my shoulder and I feel like I have full motion back. I would highly recommend for all my athletes.

Staff was very helpful and explained the protocols. Loved the infrared sauna and after the PEMF pad I did feel better. Definitely will go back.

The recovery lounge has been such a massive asset to me on my journey recovering from tbi/long covid. The practitioners and other staff have gone far out of their way to be beyond understanding and helpful - their compassion is truly unmatched in the industry. Some notable practitioners to see are Mira, Melissa, and the one of the newest additions to the team who definitely deserves a shout out and all the bookings - Andres. He has been so supportive of me during some recently difficult times and his athletic massages are amazing. However, everything they offer is wonderful. If you are experiencing chronic or acute illness or injury, this is the spot for you - you’ve found your people.

Great place- really welcoming, friendly staff, and the massages are great. The therapists are really attuned to your needs/wants. I’ve also done the infrared sauna- it’s so cool that it’s an individual room (you can go with a friend if you choose) - I loved going in after a massage- extra relaxation! Would recommend

I tried the Recovery Lounge because I was encouraged to participate in more detoxing activities by my Dr. the first time I went I was hooked! Going to purchase a membership so I can schedule a regular visit to the infared sauna! It was so relaxing! I also did the ionic foot bath and I was completely horrified with what came out of my feet. Excited to continue to get rid of these toxins from my body!

This place is cute and comfortable. Lots of street parking available too. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Mira and it was fabulous! She is so mindful and really listens to you. She shares so much knowledge too so you can understand your body better. I booked my next session as soon as we were done. I can't wait to try the other services offered.

Heather is the best! I got the best massage I’ve ever had with her. She makes sure that you’re feeling in tune with your body and comfortable. I also did a sauna session which was amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

Goodness do I love this place!! From the moment you walk in, you feel at peace. It’s so clean, cute and tranquil and everyone’s so kind. My lymphatic massage with Mira was incredible. She’s so passionate and knowledgeable about lymph and went above and beyond by sending me recs of books I need to read, products she loves and other wellness things I can do. She’s just an awesome soul - go see her! And then the sauna- I thought 30 min was going to be too long but it just flew by. So relaxing and clean and I would do it daily if I could. I’m so excited to try their other offerings. Don’t pass this place up!

I have been consistently doing the sauna every week, and using the PEMF for my lupus and fibromyalgia extreme pain flares. This is the third time I’ve tried PEMF during an intense lupus flare. It took my pain and inflammation down significantly (to the point I can function), and helps so much with organ pain. The sauna is something I am adding to my forever routine. - normally saunas make my heart work too hard (I have POTS) but the Infrared and PEMF sauna heats my whole body up and my heart doesn’t have to catch up. I can physically feel it helping with my bone and joint pain, and every time I get out, my body is significantly less inflamed. I recommend it as a tool for anyone with bone and joint pain/inflammation. I love that the space is women run and owned, and that everything is centered around healing and recovering.

Nice location conveniently located off of I-25. Professional and pleasant. I’ve been here for two massages and an ionic foot treatment and plan to come back again. Most recently had a 90 minute massage with Heather, who did a great job with pressure and incorporated some good stretching.

I love the recovery lounge. It’s very calming inside. I am in remission from cancer. The recovery lounge has been really helpful for me. The pemf mat helps my bone pain. The sauna helps me detox and just feel better over all. The staff is so nice and helpful! Such a wonderful place.

Recovery lounge is very inviting and relaxing upon walking in. I tried neurofeedback and will definitely be back. The staff was very nice, i felt like they really cared about why i was there and want to help me be the best version of my self! Will be returning soon.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I have used the sauna twice now and just had my first massage with Lindsey and it was spectacular. Very professional, clean, and amazing vibes. Will 100% be back! Would recommend it to anyone!
