The gym setup is nice, restrooms are spacious but I wouldn’t use the showers or the steam room. I have gone blonde recently and had just recovered from the damage from my last bleach my hair was looking pretty nice and I simply went into the steam room for about 10-15 min and when my hair dried out extremely and appeared very damaged when it dried it was crazy I wish I was kidding. I showered and used a hair mask and still didn’t do anything. It’s been a week or two and and my hair remains damaged from that one time I know for a fact it was not like that because I have pictures of my hair the day before I got in and it was way more voluminous and not as dry. The water must me extremely harsh and/or poisonous. At least I served as an experiment to warn people not to shower there it must have damaged my skin too but not as much as if I showered there often. I would test the water hardness in there if I had the tools. In addition the janitors there use the restroom as break rooms and do personal loud calls when they’re there for about an hour so kind of unprofessional. There are also never paper towels to dry hands (in women’s idk about men’s) and only one hand dryer.

Honestly this is an awesome gym, the room filled with all weights does get really stuffy I don’t know if the AC works.. Would rate 5 but members here are really MESSY and don’t put their weights away…they should start putting FINES like all the other gyms so people aren’t inconsiderate with putting their mess away, this shouldn’t all fall on the staff but in the members!

Ive been coming here for 4 years. The gym is great and the staff are very helpful but the problem is that why is it that there’s no hot showers and they keep doing that between spring-summer and they only have hot water on winters only. Why they haven’t fix them still? If theres like 200 or more members that we paid between $35-$45 monthly. Thats very shady to all of us.

150 dumbbells and 100 pound plates but nothing is ever in the right place. Staff needs to be paid more and could definitely make money charging people that dont put back whatever they use. Or they could hire more people. Restrooms are never flushed and often smells.

Is a really good place to work out.. they have all the equipment and even special machines to have a great pump.. staff and most of the people are friendly.. i love it

Massage Therapist Jessica Perez is excellent great asset to Wellness Center. Definitely recommend for everyone that may need complete relaxation or may have an injury that needs extra personal attention. Stop by and check it out. .

the gym has some great equipment but it's so unorganized and the layout is just so weird.... it's like they gave up and left equipment wherever... it's so sad because there's a lot of potential for it to be a great gym

Steam room broken for the last two weeks. Showers stalls need to be cleaned there is yellow mildew on the walls.

Awesome place to train and gym at the same time. Great staff and an amazing trainer. Cedric is a great person all around and very friendly. He has rained me for the past approx 3-4 months and has gotten me to where I need to be. I've went from size 40/42 waist to size 38 waist. Pants and shirts for me loose now. Also I've lost a good amount of weight from weighing in at approx 256 lbs. to weighing in at 222 lbs. It's been a dramatic change for me and he's helped me through it the way and continues to be there. I've kept up with it and continue to keep going to be at the build that I need to be and as well as the size. I'm glad I'm happy where I've gotten and wanna get better. Thank you Cedric for always believing in me and that I can do it. Now I train my wife's cousin and getting him where he needs to be at. 💪🏽🧔🏽🤘🏽

Me & my husband just started and we are loving the time spent there pumping iron or just simply jogging on the treadmill...I recommend this wonderful facility to anyone looking for a change in pace.
