Betty my stylist was amazing! Loved her energy and work! Buuuuut, the lady at the front desk, Jesus Christ, no manners at all., she never made eye contact with me, she was very very rude. Its such a downer when people work in the service industry and act so superior and poorly with clients.

The worst service my hair is now shoulder lenght and the lady said she needed to charge me double because I have too much hair. When I went to pay the lady at the cashier did not say a word when I complain to leave with my hair wet. This is a older lady and I understand but that is no reason I have to pay her double !!!

I've been going to this place for years. Whenever I entered, I really didn't get acknowledged but it didn't matter because Monica, the one who would cut my hair, would greet me kindly. But the customer service slowly went down the drain. Today, I had an appointment at 2pm with her and I arrived on time. I waited for 45 minutes with no one even checking on me. I saw her just chatting away while she took care of someone else. At first I assumed she would be done soon, but it seems she overbooked us. She even made eye contact with me a few times so she knew I was there, but she didn't bother to even apologize or acknowledge me. So I went to the woman in the counter and asked if someone else was available as I had been waiting patiently for 45 minutes and she gave me attitude, blaming me for it and saying I needed to continue waiting. So for the first time in my life, I walked away and I'm never coming back. Worst customer service I've ever received.

#1- They quoted a price for a cut and polish, then said because I had a cut it was more money. #2- They don't speak the language of this country, so trying to communicate was difficult. #3- The manicurist was distracted with a new shipment. She was not paying attention to what she was doing, and took twice as long as she should because of her interaction with the other workers.
