this spa is such a fun and relaxing experience! came here today for a couples package and loved getting to experience the cold plunge and cold bucket drop. I wish I got her name, but my massage therapist did the most amazing deep tissue massage. everyone was so kind and I can’t wait to come back here again

My best friend and I have been coming here monthly to sauna and cold plunge for the last 18 months. You get a giant sauna all to yourselves, and the staff are wonderful. We always love catching up with the owner Keisha. Fantastic way to unwind and very reasonably priced. You won't regret it!

Stella is an exceptional message therapist! She was extremely knowledgeable regarding my muscle's pathways and which areas to focus on that were relevant to my pain. One of the best massages I have ever had. I highly recommend her!! Thank you for a great experience!

Ok, I had to share because the reviews were all over the place. We were visiting Denver and I booked a couples escape. Steam room was out of order. 🫤 However, sauna and cold plunge were operable and functioning as expected. I take my boyfriend for massages at least every other month and he said he thought this was his best massage ever. I wasn't expecting that. The outside is sketch but it's nice inside. Bring waterproof flip flops or sandals if you're a germaphobe person. Overall would 100% recommend.

The exterior is somewhat misleading because it's located in a strip mall, but the inside was cute and quirky and relaxing. A group of us did an hour cycling between the sauna and the cold plunge, which was an excellent experience. The only bummer was that the steam room was out of order for our visit. Otherwise, the spa is great!

Fantastic for EVERYONE. I can’t express how great this experience was, and how excited I am to make this a regular (and much needed) part of my schedule. It smelled amazing and clean, the lighting and ambiance was super cool. And the STAFF. Everyone here is super nice, helpful, and made the whole experience feel like our wellbeing was actually cared about. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Also, the playlist…chefs kiss.

Tried Red Rocks Spa for the first time as it’s one of the few places with hydro therapy. Arrived and met the owner who got me setup in my own room and escorted me to the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Started with the steam room and moved to the sauna, which I had to myself, with quick dips in the cold plunge. After 35 minutes, moved to the massage room and had a deep tissue massage. Space was clean and everyone was super nice. Looking forward to visiting again.

Best spa I’ve ever been too. My husband treated me for my birthday and we were pampered with everything, massage, sauna, ice bath, steam room, honey mask, body scrub! From the outside the spa doesn’t look like much but as soon as you walk in the front door the whole place is gorgeous. The stone, the candles, the people everything about this place was amazing. I loved that we booked a couples spa day and we were the only people utilizing the facility at that time we saw another couple on our way out but we didn’t have to share any of the amenities. Next time I’m in Denver I will be back. GO HERE!!!

Decided to give this place a chance based on reviews, despite my reservations due to the location. First, let me just say, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “spa”. The interior was very strange, and not at all spa-like. When I got into my room, it seemed grimy. There were literal CRUMBS on the sheets. The curtains had very suspicious white stains all over them. All that aside, the worst part of the experience was that there was a brawl outside of the window during my massage. I was so frightened because I could hear the two people fighting banging up against the wall/window. I kept asking the therapist if someone should call the police because I could hear them (and others) screaming and physically fighting. My massage got interrupted twice because my therapist had to go see what was going on, and finally she told me the police were on their way. When my massage was over (it wasn’t great), they asked how everything was and I told them about my experience, they gave me a half-hearted apology but no compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

My friends brought me here for a surprise bachelorette. It was supposed to be a nice massage while they were in the sauna. I’ve had a very difficult year and the whole process of getting married has not been enjoyable so I was really looking forward to this. The woman at the front desk led me to the room and asked me if I wanted deep tissue or Swedish. I told her I had never done this before so I wasn’t sure. However, I did tell her I have a lot of upper back, traps and neck pain. As well as my chiropractor has just told me I need to get my right lower back worked on. I did tell her that my main area I wanted focused on was my upper back, neck and traps. After she left, I then stripped and laid in the bed and covered myself, as I was instructed. An older man came in and asked if I had any injuries. I was in a fire almost to years ago so I let him know of this. He then got a bunch of oil and lathered my entire body up. He started very light and on my back for a brief moment but quickly moved to my butt. For the majority of this l massage he focused on my but and upper thighs. He was hurting me and I’d tell him it was tender and he would giggle and keep doing it. At one point he had me completely exposed while I was face down. His hands were going places that they should not have been going. He then had me turn around and starting working only on my upper thighs. Again out of instinct I would bat his hand away and cover my vagina because he was being inappropriate and he would again just giggle and keep doing it. He only worked on the area I asked to be worked on for only a few minutes. Same with my arms. When I was finished I felt terrible and when I got in the car and told he girls what happened they informed me that is not how a massage should have gone. I was assaulted by the older male masseuse here. I have photographic evidence of bruises all over my butt and legs and well as my upper thigh close to my vagina. My body hurt for a week and every-time I took a shower or changed I was reminded of this disgusting traumatizing experience. We tried calling the business and the owner several times and she said she’d call us back and never did. This happened on August 26th. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PROTECT YOURSELF. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It was suppose to be a nice thing I could enjoy. In the contract you sign it says you are required to wear a bathing suit at all times in the sauna and pool area. However, my 4 friends had to experience a naked grown man jumping into the ice pool. So please be careful in every aspect of this place.

Paid $300 for my sister who is in town visiting from out of state to get a deep tissue and hot stone massage with 30min sauna. She got the deep tissue and the pressure was very light. Music was extremely loud in the room, directions were unclear as well. The massage table would not stop squeaking. There was no music playing when my service started, and I could hear the very loud rap music from the business next door (not relaxing at all). They did get the music turned on but i could still hear the other music. My masseuse also did not ask if the pressure was okay, and it was very light as well in my opinion. When we headed to the sauna there was a nude male walking around and nudity was not advertised on the website or in the spa anywhere. We felt uncomfortable with this and therefore did not use the sauna. They were also doing maintenance during our session. While checking out I mentioned all this to the front desk and they did not offer to reimburse anything. Just apologized and so we went on our way. The pictures look very nice online but honestly it is dingy and drab inside. For $300 the value and service was such a waste. Not even towel hooks for robes/towels outside the showers. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

Staff is friendly, sauna is at an amazing temperature. Unfortunately, the cold plunge was just not cold. The water temperature was closer to 19 degree Celsius according to the thermometer in the pool.

The steam room was disappointing. We came out of the cold plunge and went straight into the steam room expecting it to warm us up and it did not. Every steam room I have been to prior has felt like warm to the point where you sweat but not this one. So think of this place as a hot sauna and cold plunge only. Also, I wouldn’t call this a “private” session, as there were other people coming in and out of the main room during our time. The only thing that is private is the actual sauna room.

This is one of the best and only places in Denver to experience hot sauna and cold plunge. Grab your friends and go rent a sauna for a couple hours! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend Red Rocks Spa for your sauna experience!
