Excellent place. Very unique place with personal and private stations. Karen OKane has been my beautician for 30 yrs. She is excellent! Listens to your needs and gives great suggestions for personalized hair care.

Lora McCutchen does my and my moms hair and my favorite haircuts I’ve ever had have been from her!! She knows curly hair. She always works with me to bring my idea to life better than I expect! She is also so fun to talk to. 10/10 recommend.

Very good communication. We were traveling from Springfield MO to St. Louis tonight and needed a hair appt for tomorrow a.m. (Sat) and I called and left a message. About 5 minutes later I received a text saying they got my message. The original appt wasn't going to work but we kept texting back and forth and got something worked out. Very impressed with communication. Great job and very appreciative.

I have been going to Lora McCutchen here for over 5 years. We have been through highlights, lowlights, completely new hair styles, and even a perm and every time it comes out better than I could have ever imagined. My last visit I got all over highlights and I have never had so many compliments on my hair before! Lora is so easy to talk to and makes sure that what you are getting out of the appointment is exactly what you want! I always look forward to my next appoint if anything to just catch up!
