Suzanne and Lexie are incredibly professional, and make me feel comfortable and cared for throughout each and every visit. What truly makes this place so great to me is the personalized care I received—every detail and need is always thoughtfully considered. I am so glad I came across Refine. Suzanne did an amazing job at explaining everything and I felt very confident about the injectables I was getting done. I got Botox once before and it was like night and day compared to this experience (this experience being the one that was WAY better). I had no idea it wasn’t supposed to feel like my head had been hit with a golf club! I left Refine with no pain or extreme heaviness of the forehead, no bumpiness or anything negative at all. I couldn’t believe how much better this experience was. The placement of the injections was better, the injection itself and as I mentioned earlier, the beside manner so to speak, was exceptional. I highly recommend this business. They also have amazing skin products available for purchase at reasonable prices (everything from retinol, to tone corrector, to serums - all designed to target specific skin concerns.) I will definitely be back. Oh lastly, the facility itself was beautiful! 10 out of 10, very pleased!

Cannot say enough about this place! After an extensive consultation with Suzanne, I decided on series of laser treatments for my face. Lexie was very skilled at administering the laser treatments. Zip zap, sun damage gone! I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be returning soon!

So I started going here about 4 years ago and have never looked back. Initially I started with Suzanne who I loved and made me feel so comfortable. Taking pictures and showing me my options of exactly what I was expecting or wanting to achieve. Going into it she explained the small end of changes all the way up to “no movement” changes and everything inbetween. Unfortunately my work changed and our schedules didn’t match but she referred me to Lexie who has been nothing short of amazing! She has done my Morpheus on my legs(yes ladies get the pronox), Botox and filler and I’m a forever client. Not many places make you feel like your hanging with your girlfriends, but I feel that every time I go see them. Can’t say it enough this place is beyond expectations!

I found Suzanne through a Google search about 3 years ago.After a very thorough and honest consultation ( I’d had previous treatments done by a different provider) I liked her approach a lot and decided to move forward. And I’ve never looked back! Her Botox application is flawless. Never a droop or low brow- often associated with this type of injection. And if you’re thinking about it- let her do your lips. Mine look fabulous!!! Her practice is immaculate and her prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
