I have seen Laura several times now for Botox and Filler. Phenomenal experience. They (admin staff) and Laura are always on time. Laura is very knowledgeable. She does not pressure you to do any services you do not want. She honestly is the nicest person to work with and makes it a very smooth, comfortable experience. Her injections were not painful. She is very patient and puts her clients at ease. I had originally called to get an appointment with Jenna - but have been very pleased and satisfied with my experience with Laura. Overall a 10/10 recommend for this company. Well worth the trip to Chesapeake in Hickory and well worth the money too. 😃😃😃😃❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have been seeing Kayla for a long time and she is amazing. She is meticulous with her treatments and always willing to talk you through everything and give you multiple options to get you the best results! She, along with the rest of the Refined team, are so sweet. The practice itself is also very clean, cute & professional! I can’t say enough good things.

Jenna is one of the most knowledgeable injectors I have encountered. She is kind, patient, and takes her time explaining each procedure and anatomy associated with it. She is very talented and really focuses on where to inject and has a good eye. Her staff is very welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. She truly cares about her patients. Thank you Jenna!!

I highly recommend Refined Aesthetics! From the moment I walked through the door the atmosphere was professional and welcoming. I am naturally a very anxious person, but Jenna just put me at ease. She listened to my questions and concerns, walked me through each step, while explaining what was next and made sure I was comfortable and at calm through it all. 10/10 recommend!

Jenna is amazing! She puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. She doesn’t rush through your consultation and listens to what your concerns are. She walks you through every step of your treatment and genuinely cares. I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. If you’re hesitant about getting a procedure done, don’t be, she is the best at what she does.

Can not recommend this place enough. First of all, the office is BEAUTIFUL and tucked away in a peaceful little alcove of homelike looking buildings. The appointment started with a look in the mirror and pointing out what I loved about my face before getting to the flaws I saw. It was it was uplifting and so positive. Jenna truly takes the time to educate and explain the process, and talk through my personal concerns and how certain injections would work, never pressuring me to even get a service. Of course I DID, and am thrilled with the results I see after just two days. Fully recommend!

Jenna is absolutely incredible. She doesn't operate just any "cosmetic" business/service, she has a pristine office and is an NP that provides an education of her services first. There's absolutely no pressure, judgement, or false promises. If you're looking/thinking about anything she offers, do it. You will not regret it.

Jenna was simply amazing during my consult and treatment. She knows exactly what she is talking about and explained things not only scientifically and medically but she did so in a way that I could completely understand. She was not pushy at all with treatment and really took the time to know my face. I will 1000 % percent be back for follow ups and any of my Botox or filler needs. Her business is very inviting and cozy. Everything is very clean and it’s just a very relaxing space.
