I found Nicole about nine years ago while searching for someone to help salvage my hair after a bad bleach job at a local salon. From our first consultation, I knew I was in the right place. She was upfront about the process and made it clear that getting my hair back to where I wanted might take time, which I really appreciated. I’m so thankful for Nicole and her remarkable talent. I have been going to Refinery 208 for a little over a year now. Every time I come I am greeted with kindness and smiles. The ladies who work here are amazing. They create a comfortable environment and offer drinks and snacks. Ashley always does an amazing job on my hair and always walk out feeling like the baddest, cutest, hottest woman. Amazing salon and could not recommend them more!!!

I have been seeing Nicole at Refinery Salon for 10+ years and have always been treated with respect and I always enjoy my time in the chair. Everyone there is always welcoming and make me feel comfortable and at home while my hair is being done. They do beautiful work and take pride in their work. I would give Nicole 10 stars if it was an option. I drive 6 hours one way from out of state for the last 7 years to get my hair done. She’s worth it and that says something. She’s kind, she’s uber talented, passionate about her clients, her business and she has perfected her craft like no other. I love her like family. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable, heard, and valued. I have had extensions for a few years and these are by far the absolute best…from the quality of the hair, to the custom color, and the installation! The stylists are all so talented and work together to give you the best possible experience. I cannot recommend this place enough!!! So thankful to have found them!

Kaylyn did an AMAZING job! She has done my hair 2x now and has gotten it perfect everytime! Her availability is also always usually free and I can book an appointment within the same week! She is truly amazing! These were the 2x she did my hair!

Want a great hair stylist give Kaylyn Webber a try at Refinery 208 Salon. I moved to Arizona about 3 years ago and it took me 6 months and 3 different hair dressers until I found Kaylyn. She won’t disappoint she listens to what you want and gives you what you ask for. I can’t say that about most hair stylist

Had a color correction with Britney and it was the most wonderful experience ever she was very patient with me throughout the process and did absolute wonders on my hair. She is passionate about her work and it is very nice to see someone so caring about your hairs health and about getting you where you want to be.

First time client at this salon ! & WOW! Let me say how inviting it is as soon as you walk in ! Absolutely loved getting my hair done ! Brittany S. Was so so so helpful ! Gave me so much insight on how to better care for my hair & aswered all of my questions! Definitely revived my hair ! Gave me a gorgeous cut & color ! My hair is so shiny, soft, alive & beautiful! I won a giveaway to get my makeup done by Shae and she was AMAZING!! I don’t wear makeup hardly ever, and I told her this, and she was great in helping me get the more natural look that I wanted and also educated me on different things about makeup. I loved getting pampered by her and I would definitely go to Shae again and recommend her to everyone!!

I am so happy I decided to get my hair done here by Brittany Salinas! She did amazing transforming my hair, I mean seriously who let me go out of the house with my hair like that before. She is so so sweet and I felt so comfortable and that’s definitely a huge plus when going through the process! I was so scared to get my hair done before because it is hard to find and trust someone who can do exactly what you want done to your hair but she did exactly that! I met Jess at Refinery 208 2 months ago after being referred by a friend. I had a consult for extensions and she had me sold on her talents, confidence and charisma. I have really fine hair, only grows so long and just had no life. I hated my hair every-single-day, not exaggerating. She gave me the hair I only dreamt of, long locks, lots of volume and easy to care for. I look in the mirror everday and just can't believe how beautiful my hair is now. I love wearing hats, humidity is my friend now, and surprisingly it's less work than before my extensions. I am so grateful for her and so happy I took the plunge. I get so many compliments on the extensions and how well she matched my natural color. I am so thankful to Jessica and her expertise.

Jess is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She is meticulous in the best ways and really understands what would best suit her clients, down to the exact colors that would work best for their skin tone. Beverly NAILS my hair color every time! I actually love my hair even weeks and months after I get it colored so much that I dont want to go back in but forced too bec my hair is so long lol! That’s how well the color she chooses fades to the perfect shade it looks five stars in all phases of wearing of it! The last time I went in to her I told her im obsessively after a coffee type chocolate over a hints of cherry but I didn’t want the color to appear heavy but I wanted it rich! She took all my metaphors and no hair terminology and mixed up some magic in the back! She insisted she override my decision of going pure dark like I wanted and added a lighter shade with it and it came out perfectly exactly as I visioned! Her idea was great for my root growth so it will flow into the richness naturally! As you can see im just a happy repeat customer and my cut is just as fantastic! She doesn’t do anything offensive or drastic. Which I like so I never leave shocked or with regret. She controls your emotions with her experience which I think makes a great hair professional bec sometimes we dont know how to explain what we want! I was introduced to Refinery 208 by my gym friend who had been seeing Nicole for her color AND extensions for years. Since my phone consult and first appointment with Nicole in January 2022, I have been to Refinery 208 11 times so far, and I highly recommend Nicole and find every staff member very professional, warm and welcoming. They have always been open to feedback, every appointment starts with a mini-consult and resync on how my hair felt and looked after last visit, and if I want to change anything up. My hair is not easy. I have fine, black hair – so we have not only added 2 rows of 18” extensions, but also have to do a custom blend / mix of 3-4 colors to achieve my envisioned merlot look. The Salon ambience is great, they have all the amenities, and most importantly, they are great people and always go above and beyond to ensure I leave here happy with my hair. I highly recommend Refinery 208 every time I get compliments on my hair! Thank you Nicole : )

I have been going to The Refinery 208 Salon for almost 4 years now, and I have never looked back since! Not only are the stylists knowledgeable on all things hair (which translates to the most BEAUTIFUL hair possible), they are all extremely friendly. Walking into the salon is like the breath of fresh air you never knew you needed! The salon itself is extremely clean, very stylish, and they even have a coffee maker if you need a little pick-me-up :) I don't know where I would be without this place!
