My experience at Refinery Collective was outstanding from start to finish!! I cannot express how amazing and talented of a stylist Autumn is. I’ve been seeing her for years now and she always executes and delivers my dream hair. She makes me feel so comfortable in her chair & I leave feeling more confident every time. Autumns attention to detail & technique makes her literally the best in Charlotte! Her expertise ranges from highlights, full color and hair extensions. I will never see another stylist!!

Siobhan from Oak & Rose Studio at Refinery Salon is the absolute best. Provides excellent, consistent haircuts. She listens to input and really follows through, and is also just very fun to chat with. Highly recommend, especially for a sharp men’s haircut!

Lauren is the most talented stylist I have ever had the privilege of meeting. I have been going to her for 12 years and she is truly a master of color, cutting, updos, men’s cuts, extensions, etc. She can do blonde, bronde, braids, pin curls, ombré, balayage, literally all the things. She is constantly taking the latest training methods and always learning new techniques. She invests in herself and it shows! She is always invited to New York Fashion week and asked to be a lead educator in the industry. Her updos are a work of art! I have had probably 15 updos over the years and never once have I needed to tweak it. I promise you will leave her salon happy. She listens to her clients and understands hair. I can’t say enough great things about Lauren, her work and her amazing salon.
