THIS LADY IS THEIF SHE WAS ROOKIE , unfamiliar what she was doing l, and SHE DID NOT MESSAGE THAT GOOD! We agreed for 45 min for $80 and she only did terrible 35 minutes I was really disappointed I would never go back there she is a Ripoff!!

This lady is a thief. I was on the way home from work wanted to check out a new massage place. I had worked 12 hours wanted a full body massage she did half hour then stopped said she wanted to go home. I told her she had only done a half hour she got very upset told me to leave. I left because who knows if these people are armed or not. Do not go to thos place. The half hour I got was terrible.

Dishonest business, over the phone they said $60 dollars for 60 minutes, when we arrived and started to get ready they said 30 dollars tip for each, we end up leaving and wasting time and money to get there, couldn’t be any worse experience.

Terrible experience. The lady who gave me a massage was inappropriate, asking if I wanted something ‘extra’. It made me very uncomfortable and is very unprofessional. The massage itself was also lack luster. It didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. When it was over and I was leaving she was very pushy asking for a tip. I gave her $10 and she told me that wasn’t enough and that she wanted more. Never go here. It’s dirty, expensive and trashy

Not exactly straight forward on pricing. When I called she said it would be 70 dollars. When I arrived she said that it would include a 20 dollar tip with a 4 dollar credit card fee. This was all before the actual massage.

Not all that great the table is kinda hard and no pillow for the head or feet. One hr was also 45mins

They have a couples massage option for $60 each, which was a decent massage. It's a pretty noisy area so if you are into peace and quiet while you massage you will not get that. Was accosted for a tip while leaving and they got angry with a 17% tip.

Nice calming music is playing as you enter spa. And a trickle of water in the hallway added a nice touch. I came here with my partner because Reflection Massage Spa advertised couples massage. And they do have rooms specifically for couples massage. I was looking for a firm massage and choose the Shenyang Massage as I was told it is designed to be extra firm. My partner (husband), Jenny, also opted for the Shenyang Massage. For her, the firmer the better. Cindy, my masseuse, was great and pressed on multiple pressure points on my back. The massage was thorough and VERY firm. For Jenny, her massage was equally as firm. She asked for special attention on her feet which she received. I think she was ready to stay long if her masseuse would keep giving her a foot massage. A very relaxing vibe here. Much less tense when the session ended and very re-energized. Jenny and I were both told at the beginning, we would feel healthy and happier by the massage end. And oh so true. Both Jenny and I were energize as we left. We will return.

Was hesitant to try this place due to its newness and S. Jackson location. But, I had a delightful experience! Massage actually ended up going a little over an hour. I had a choice of 2 masseuses. I picked Cindy and she did a great job. Cindy had strong hands. A pleasant personality. I was in a room that was large and very quite. Could not hear any outside noise. They are focused on a quality massage. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, the people at Reflection Massage Spa are working to make you comfortable. This is my new favorite place.

Went to Reflection Massage Spa with my husband -- a date night. He was leery about getting a massage. I, on the other hand, love a massage. I suggested we just get a foot massage. The host showed us to a very nice couples room. She said for just $20 more we could get a massage and a foot massage. I think she was looking directly at my husband when she offered -- he agreed! What a great time. We had adjoining beds so we could talk. He selected a softer massage and I went for the Shenyang massage which I was told was a very firm massage. And as promised, our ladies paid extra attention to our feet. We were there for at least 1 hour 15 minutes. And I must say, these ladies knew where to apply pressure on my feet. So nice. You might be wondering if it was a successful date night. It was.
