Edit to response: There are no other Reflexions in the area that do body massages. The door with the note that I waited in front of is the same one in the picture that is posted "By Owner" for this location. Slander is not slander if it is true, I just don't want anyone else to be let down. I got a deal on Groupon but the owner never showed up to the appointment and I waited for almost half an hour. I also called the phone number posted on the door which turned out to be a prerecorded audio saying to go to the website and that she rarely listens to any voicemails left. On the website, there was no way of contact except to make an appointment for a message or to call the same unhelpful number. I did get a refund through the app after contacting customer service however I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Especially after many of the other reviews say the same thing happened to them.

I arrived 15 minutes early as requested by my appointment reminder and no one ever came to let me in the salon I waited 20 minutes and I tried calling texting and emailing without any success. This is no way to run a business especially since I kept getting repeated reminders of my appointment for today. The business threatens to charge the guest, if the guest cancels less than 24 hours in advance, so how about we get some kind of compensation when they ghost us for a confirmed appointment??? A one star was given, because it would not be posted without any stars.

I got this $45 "deal" on Groupon back in June. I had to schedule twice because she canceled. She canceled both appointments out of the blue just a few days before their time for personal reasons. When I asked for a refund, she refused. She told Groupon that she honors the voucher, but she is doing completely the opposite. What's the point of scheduling then a few days before the appointment she cancels? I still want my money back. For personal reasons.

I mistakenly booked a massage with Reflections when my actual massage therapist is Reflexions. I went to my massage therapist at the time I scheduled and realized my mistake. I immediately messaged Reflections through their website explaining my error and cancelled the other massages I had booked. They charged me $37.73 for a no show. I called them and was told "that is just business since I booked online". Their customer service is very poor. I would not recommend using their services. They don't seem very focused on customer service. Charging me for an honest mistake is bad business in my opinion.

I booked a massage for Christmas Eve since I live over ten hours from anyone I know. They confirmed my booking and my card information for 1pm on Christmas Eve. After being screwed around by two IV infusion companies earlier in the day I figured it would be some much needed relaxation finally. Boy was I wrong. I showed up and walked inside only to find out absolutely no one was there. I waited for half an hour and called multiple times to no avail. Actually as I sit here 24 hours after my appointment time and getting no showed I still have not heard a single peep from them at all. If you’re looking for a relaxing time with a company you can count on, this is not the place. Thanks for ruining someone’s Christmas weekend.

Massage is relaxing and fantastic, and Mya also provides flexibility/stretching exercises to help supplement muscle recovery. Couldn't recommend her more.

Probably the best massage I've had. She did a great job working and stretching my muscles. The pressure was firm but still relaxing. Afterwords she gave me great feedback on what was going on with my body and some tips for dealing with it between appointments. She even texted me videos of stretches to try. Wonderful customer service, lovely lady, and a great massage.

Mya is incredible! During the massage there were multiple times that I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Her hands are actual magic. I felt so relaxed and taken care of. The cherry on top of the cake is at the end she took time to talk to me about problem areas I had an how to address them and avoid them in the future and even went so far as to send me exercises to do. I will definitely be coming back.

Purchased a Groupon and ended up scheduling my next appointment before I left. Best massage ever! Just enough pressure to feel like she was relieving my aches but without leaving me in pain. So nice and so knowledgeable, I really enjoyed the experience! Best way to find the office is to turn into the driveway for the Altitude apartments right on the corner where Bangkok Terrace is. Her office is on the right hand side.
