From the minute you walk in until the minute you leave you feel welcome and over-the-top cared for. It is so hard for us as women to follow up on our self-care and at reflections, you feel so honored for giving yourself that time. Everything there is above and beyond and you feel like they are in the moment, and they help you to get in the moment of self-care. They are my favorite for many reasons, but the biggest reason is I seek their opinion on everything because you know they are not after your money they are after helping you find your best self for your age. While I have gone to Reflections for at least five years, I have never written a review, but felt compelled to do so today because they are awesome.

I had the best experience at this Spa. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend if you want a soothing and relaxing facial with a highly knowledgeable esthetician (Taevia). My skin looks radiant and the staff made the experience incredible. So thankful I stumbled upon this spa.

Do not go unless you have unlimited time. I scheduled a babysitter for my appointment time and showed up on time. When I arrived the receptionist informed me that the owner had been in earlier and messed up the schedule (whatever that means) and tried to get me to shop in the front lobby. After waiting 30 minutes I asked if the wait would be much longer. At that point the receptionist checked and said that the wait would be significantly longer. A simple courtesy call prior to my visit to let me know that they were running behind schedule would have been greatly appreciated so that I could have modified childcare. I was not able to get my planned service.

Such a wonderful experience! Kim was awesome and recommended me some great skincare that i’ve been using for the last month and have loved it. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly. My facial was so relaxing and I can’t wait to get another!
