I had a 60 min full body massage by Chris. He went over any trouble areas to focus on. I have stage 4 cancer in my bones and I was a little nervous about getting a massage. I carry stress in my upper back and shoulders, Chris had the perfect amount of pressure. I’ve had a knot that he was able to relieve for me. For the past 2 years I have had upper back pain and for the first time in years I had no pain after my massage. He used stretching and hot towels. I’ll be coming back for sure. I appreciate the service I got at reflections. Everyone is so happy and helpful there.

I love love love this place. Dr. Z has helped me look and feel my best for years. He is full of amazing ideas. He has an artist eye. These ideas may take me a minute to come around to, but ultimately I end up wondering why I waited so long. While Dr. Mosier is always educating her guest as to what and why she is doing what she is doing. Plus, she is actually incredibly witty, with a dry sense of humor. That I appreciate 💕. Not to mention Jillian has transformed my emotional health with her inter-muscular injections such a taurine. This place is my home away from home for all my health and esthetic needs.

Had a Therapeutic Glow Massage with hot stones by Melanie and she did SO. GOOD! She was the sweetest thing and did such a phenomenal job. 10/10 recommend getting a massage with her!

I love coming to Reflections in Portage not just for an amazing set of nails by Delaney but also to be greeted by Jerrica. These two are wonderful! Delaney has made my natural nail growth her main goal and she has succeeded! My nails have never looked or felt this good! Jerrica is super kind and attentive! Keep up the great job ladies!

Unbelievable confidence you feel after a few sessions for my lips. It really works. Walks you through the process. So personable, sweet, and takes the time with you, she. It's been a truly wonderful experience! I feel so confident and happy. It's nice to find a place where you can trust everyone at the clinic. A++++++

I have gotten my hair done by Dana for 2 years now I followed her here from her old salon! She always gives me what I want no matter how hard it is! I have and will continue to reccomend people to her. She is so kind and professional! She gets it done everytime 🤍I only get my hair done but they offer so much, facials, nails everything you could want!

I’ve come here for facials and dermaplaning highly recommend this place but especially Gina who did my hydrafacial she was very knowledgeable and amazing. My skin never looked better after that session looking forward to doing it again! Prices are a little high but considering the quality of their products and their staff I would say it is worth it.

I got a Gel Manicure and they started peeling within a couple of days. Got a couple of nails fixed and then they all started peeling off within a week of having them done. Didn't get to enjoy them on my vacation. My nails looked horrible and I didn't bring anything to fix them since I paid so much to have them done.

I had my first consultation at Reflections, and Dr. Shaza's kindness truly stood out; I value her pleasant personality! She made me feel comfortable, offering a quote with no treatment pressure. I look forward to returning for a service. The staff, both at the front desk and in the back where I waited for Dr. Shaza, were very friendly, contributing to the overall pleasant environment. We really enjoy coming here for nail treatments and massages. It is our new favorite place. It is clean and the staff do quality work. We've been disappointed by some of the work done by other places around Kalamazoo, but never bad experience at Reflections.

My first experience here was in May of 2023. I was greeted and offered one of many beverage choices while I waited for my stylist. It was open and clean. My stylist, Kathy N., came out to let me know she was running a bit behind because of a color correction she was doing on a client who went somewhere else and wasn’t happy. I was more than happy to wait the few extra minutes. I was offered a tour before starting. The salon is an open slightly industrial concept but on the medical/spa side it is cozy quaint and very relaxed quiet atmosphere. I appreciated the technology available for processing with Halo dryers and such. Kathy did her thing and slayed my grey away. She also freshened up my short bob and styled me like a model for my date, that ended up canceling while I was finishing my appointment. Prices were comparable to any fine salon I have been to and I have enjoyed my return visits! Thank you Kathy N. At Reflections!

Shauna & Megan are both amazing girls! Megan does my facials & I go to Shauna for massages. I must say, both of them are the sweetest & lovely to talk to! It’s refreshing to go into a spa where you feel comfortable & that you know you will get top tier service. I decided to do the VIP membership so I can see them more often & I'm so happy I did it! Love the salon, the professionalism, and the pampering. Both of these girls are the best, they do a phenomenal job each time. I highly recommend the both of them 😊
