This place was beautiful, clean and the staff Camila and Cristina were amazing!! I would highly recommend any service at this spa!! Coming back anytime I visit Orlando again. Cristina was so sweet and kind!

Poor manicure received yesterday and already chipping today. A 20% gratuity added to every service, not explained when I called to book the service, not explained on arrival to spa. We gave a cash tip and no one said the tip was included but happily accepted another tip. The spa was not busy, we were the only two people in there for 3 hours so it would have been very easy to communicate with us. We questioned the amount at check out, they authorized one card the full amount, my friends card they automatically charged her half of the bill yet she did not receive half of the service. When we questioned the amounts their answer was for us to straighten it out and pay each other.

Spa was mediocre at best. Rushed through the appointment so staff could leave. Over charged! Cold sauna. Will not return.

Cheyenne, the receptionist, absolutely INCREDIBLE. She took such good care of me and my group. I can’t say enough good things about her customer service and willingness to go above and beyond for us. The massage was amazing as well and the facilities but the customer service up front is what really shined.

Sem palavras 🤩lugar incrível fiquei no building 3 no 10 andar quarto 06 de frente para piscina eu adorei. Tinha alguns utensílios de cozinha só as panelas foram pequena mas nós viramos. Lençol limpos muitas toalhas de banho. Tudo para uma semana tranquila. Com certeza voltarei.

Please don't go off the web site or door hangers about what they offer. They don't do anything buy facials and massages. They don't have adequate staff to perform all listed items. Staff at front desk was very unpleasant to deal with. Rude and not helpful with any question that was asked. Seems to be a problem asking questions at this location.

This is my go-to place for massages. I love the atmosphere of the locker room, waiting lounge, and the rooms. Also, the services I've had have always been wonderful. Take your time to relax and unwind in this quiet space. Love it!

Very professional and clean. High end feeling but rates are comparable. The service was extremely good. Plus they have a nice waiting room as well as showers and sauna. Staff members are really courteous and focus on your needs.

We had very good services here. Both the facial and massage were well performed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The area is clean and maintained (although somewhat dated). Men's locker room had a sauna (dry) and all the things needed post service and shower. Relatively clean facilities. 6th floor of a hotel. Slightly away from the main attraction areas. The day we went it was very quiet. Free parking and wifi.

I had a VERY deep tissue massage this morning with Cocoa. She is stupendous. Thorough and really knows anatomy, understood how to work with my shoulders and lower back where strain and tight muscles are. She was excellent, the facility is very nice, locker room/lounge well supplied. I highly recommend it here and I'm sure all treatments are equally as good.

Just had the best massage from Coco! Everyone was so nice and friendly, especially the manager, Jenine. 10/10 would recommend for a full service relaxing experience!

Scheduled an appointment as a gift for a friend on their website, and a confirmation email was sent out. My friend went to her appointment and they tell her she has to pay (now its not exactly a gift anymore). I called them to ask about it and I was told that if I would have scheduled with them that would have never happened even though I scheduled it on THEIR website. Not to mention the lady on the phone was extremely unprofessional telling me "well what do you want me to do about it" I will never be doing business with them ever again, and I would suggest no one else go if they don't want to have a problem with the payments after

I had the custom island facial done with Erin. It was a 50 minute facial for $99 which included cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, extracting, and a mask. This was finished off with a toner, serum, and moisturizer. I have to say the spa is very beautiful and the facial was relaxing. Her voice was also very soothing and she was very kind. My face felt very fresh after the facial but in my opinion, as this is the first facial I have ever had done professionally, it is a little bit pricey. I figured the $99 included everything, but when I went to pay the receptionist mentioned that a 20% gratuity is usually what most people pay on top of the service, and asked if I was fine with paying that. Since it was already mentioned, I didn't want to say no and seem rude, but adding an extra 20 dollars on top of the facial that is already so expensive is a little crazy. I felt like since I was told that it's common to tip 20% it made me feel obligated to do it. I think if the massage specialists were paid a little better there wouldn't be a need to tip on top of the service. They do offer a sauna at the spa, drinks, and snacks which is a plus. But overall, even though my specialist did a good job, I do not think the facial is worth as much as I paid for it.

Spa was overall great. Purchased a groupon deal for this place. Facility was relaxing and clean. Therapist didnt quite put enough pressure when I said I wanted an 8/10 but may of been because I went at the end of the day. Would return there again!
