I went for a spa pedicure. Yolanda was wonderful. She really did a wonderful job of bringing my feet back to life. Check in was super easy and there was no wait.

The spa is just an Ok. We got 3 different services in the spa and only one was relatively good. One of the facials I was feeling like someone was slapping the cream on me. Was not enjoyable and unpleasant. And since you commit to pay 20% gratitude up front, there is no motivation for them to do good service.

I am a professional with over 20 years experience going to Spa’s around the world. None of their Spa Services were working. Not the Steam Room/Sauna. It wasn’t even warm, as of not working. The Jacuzzi wasn’t even warm, cold water. I asked for half my money back, they refused & called security & had me removed from their premises. They ended up lowering it from $466.80 too $427.90.

Had a deep tissue with Erika last week and it was phenomenal. I have a lot of sciatic issues and she was able to get in there and really work it out, unlike a lot of other therapists I’ve seen over the years. Very professional and dang good at what she does. Steam room and sauna were a very nice addition for the massage that came with the purchase of the massage. Would’ve loved to visit again if we were in town longer.

The massage was good the people were nice. BUT I'm not giving this 5 stars. My therapist was sniffling while giving me a massage yesterday. I didnt think of it then thinking if she was sick she wouldnt be working...And now I woke up with a really bad cold and sore throat. I paid $270 including an extra tip on top of the forced gratuity they already added. I can't believe I paid $270 just to get sick. She should have stayed home if she was sick. This review is to let people know, if you do come here and your massage therapist is sick at all. And you can hear it. Cancel your appointment and get your money back. Not worth ruining the rest of your trip!

One of the worst experiences of my life. Please save your money. Firstly I paid $180 for a 50 min Signature Facial. I have been getting facials regularly at different spas/resorts for 8 years. I made and appointment same day for the facial and spoke with Ricky the front desk host, he was the best part of my time at the spa. After checking in I was given a tour of the spa. I had arrived 45 min early so I could enjoy the steam room and relax. The steam room was fine just a little messy with towels from guests. However the lounge area, jacuzzi area, and sauna had towels all over. Once it was about 11:55am, I sat in the waiting area. My esthetician came and got me at noon, after arriving at the room, getting undressed and waiting for the esthetician to come back I looked at the clock 12:02pm, we go downhill from here. She says she’s going to give me a deep cleanse, proceeds to apply cleanser and rub in for maybe 10 seconds, and remove with a steam towel….not a very deep cleanse. She then looks at my skin. She doesn’t perform a second cleanse which is standard for every facial I’ve ever had. She instead uses a scrub and scrubs my face and my eyelids…not very safe…she removes with a steam towel and extracts with a tool. She then gives me a facial massage that lasts for maybe 2min. As well as a shoulder massage for maybe 2 more min. I’m maybe 10 minutes into my facial. She then doesn’t make contact with me for the next ten-12 min, but I hear clicking on her phone and her phone buzzer go off. She’s texting during my $150 facial….great. She finally removes the oil applies a mask over my eyelids..not safe…and massages my scalp for ten minutes(most likely trying to buy time I’ve only been in the room for twenty min) again no contact for a while. Then removes the mask, applies a serum, moisturizer and spf and we are done. She asks me to get dress and sign a receipt. I look at the clock 12:41pm…a 39 min facial. She walks me back to the locker room and in the mirror I realize I have lots of scrub in my hair, so I go to the showers in the facility. Unfortunately the first shower had a palm sized amount of hair in the drain. The second a razor and a few black curly hairs on the bottom of the shower, the next finally a clean shower. I clean myself up and go to check out. Ricky meets me again, I pay and give him my feedback and he asks my to write it down to give to the manager. That same night after thinking about how awful my time was I called the spa and let a message for the manager. No response yet from any spa manager. Almost $200 for that….save your money. I’m a Caesar diamond member as well and the stay at planet Hollywood and my spa experience was incredibly disappointing to say the least.

Esthetician not professional, put too much pressure during extraction, didn’t wear gloves during extraction, and the pores are more clogged after extraction. Highly not recommended.

First of all...this should be a 5-star review. The staff was very friendly and services were great. My only gripe, is if you are unfamiliar with a service, ask questions! I didn't know sun was bad after a facial. Disclaimers about any particular service should be stated before service...not after. We were fortunate to find a store that sold an umbrella, so we could still enjoy the day. 🙂

Had my nails done for my bday yesterday. Service was very nice but now a day later a mail has broke and another is peeling polish off. No response to my message!!! Now I have to spend more money to get fixed when I get home!! Crying!!! Ugh!!! And the cost omg!!

I had THE best experience at PH’s Refection’s spa. Every single employee I came in contact with was friendly, engaging and had a smile on their face. Eddy, especially, was amazing. The massage was wonderful and he made me feel very comfortable. 10/10

I visited this spa for the first time this last weekend and was so impressed by the facilities, the quality of the massage, and the overall customer service. I got an 80 minute Swedish massage from Shawna that was so amazing! Probably one of the best massages I’ve had. The amenities were awesome too - huge hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I’ll definitely visit again on my next trip to Vegas.

Just got done with my first ever massage. I got the deep tissue massage with Andrew and he was amazing. Highly recommend this place as all the staff are very friendly and helpful. 5 stars all around. 👌

This place was great. Check in was easy- they do have a hot tub in both the men’s and females locker rooms- only downfall is it’s not shared so if your their with your significant other , you can’t sit in it together. I didn’t sit in it because I didn’t bring a swimsuit but the lady who worked their said clothing is optional for it. They had complimentary water, juice, coffee etc. got couple massages and they were good! Make sure to check your bill as I believe the tip was already added.

Vegas has crazy, frenetic energy. Take a break from the madness and come get a treatment at this spa. Wonderful service, amenities and treatments. You deserve it! Walk away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Then back to the madness of Vegas!
