If you're not coming here for Nico, you should be. She is the only stylist I have let cut my hair in ten years, because every time I would go to the salon before, my hair would get hacked off, or dyed grey (happened more than once) or I'd be given unrealistic expectations with tragic results (was told I could go from red to platinum in one sitting- broke my hair from waist to shoulder). Nico is easy to talk to, open to suggestion, and she'll tell you the truth about what will look good and what's achievable. She gives an amazing blowout as well, and you'll feel like you're hanging out with a super knowledgeable friend. Her availability is so flexible too, whatever you need she'll make it happen!

I first came to Hilda almost 6.5 years ago and she immediately became my favorite stylist. I am so happy she joined the RefleKTion team and is back in the neighborhood! Hilda always listens with intention and delivers exactly what works for me in terms of immediate results and upkeep goals. She is such a kind, genuine and intelligent person. I always leave in a better mood after some great conversation and am always so excited to see her again!

I’ve been to reflektion in the past with a different artist prior to their move down Clark and wanted to try it out again but was left confused and wondering if I should go back or at least pick a different artist. To be fair my artist was lovely for the 20-ish minutes she worked on me, but that was about all I saw of her. She was running severely behind from the platinum blonde client in front of me which I was understanding to however after my gloss and wash out by her assistant I was then left with the receptionist who ended up burning my scalp with the hair dryer to dry my hair until a more seasoned stylist came over to finish me up thankfully. I was contemplating walking out/just paying for the gloss and leaving with wet hair because the girl/receptionist doing my hair wad trying her best but was visibly getting overwhelmed and frustrated and I felt like I wasn’t getting the best service I could have. Anyway all to say not sure I’m going to return even though I’m satisfied with my hair. I think Ieva just needs to not overbook or say no to clients requests if it is going to bleed into another clients time as it seems the toning for the client before me was more than what my artist expected or she had longer hair that took longer. I was understanding of the assistant (who was incredible by the way) needing to step in to do some things but I felt very rushed and it felt just unprofessional and impersonal to have so many people touching my head my first ever visit with the stylist.

what’s 4+4?? Nunu revived my hair completely and taught me how to blow dry my hair and gave me the right products for my hair. The studio was beautiful and everyone in the salon was so nice!🥰 HIGHLY RECOMMEND🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Wonderful experience with Cassi ☺️She really understood what I was looking to achieve and took the time to see the vision and also share recommendations, which I appreciate. My hair feels healthy and strong, beautiful color. Their products are nice and gentle as other salons, the clean and sustainable aspect really shines here. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the angels that work here. IEVA is a magician and always manages to make me feel so celebrated when I'm in her chair. She is not only a wizard at the work, but her chair-side manner is next level. She talked me through finding my first gray hair and I would lay on a bed of nails to make her happy. JARYLLE and JULIA changed my life. They were so sweet and so accommodating and went out of their ways to make sure I had a great experience. The energy here is warm and welcoming, while still being posh and clean. Not sure what kind of sorcery these girlies are doing, but they're worth every penny, and then some <3 <3 <3
