I recently attended a Sound Bath session guided by Jodi, and it was a wonderful experience. The session took place in a cozy room with comfortable reclining chairs, reminiscent of yard chairs you relax in, and we started by placing black eye masks over our faces. The group of participants was diverse, and Jodi, using large colored bell jars to represent the Chakra, spoke for about 10-15 minutes before the soothing, rolling sounds began to envelop us. She read from a prepared script, which she mentioned using due to occasional nervousness, and the session lasted about an hour. After the session, Jodi graciously offered us hibiscus tea, with the option of adding honey, and chatted a bit more about chakras. It was a nice touch and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The only feedback I have is to suggest Jodi eliminate her mentions about the government and doctors/healthcare. While she did clarify Reflex Indy's services don't replace medical care, it felt awkward with some of her commentary throughout the session. Overall, it was a delightful and relaxing experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to try a Sound Bath session.

Reflexology with Jodi is a holistic experience every time. She is receptive to what your needs are in each session and acts accordingly. I leave in a better mind and body and soul space than I entered.

Fabulous facility. I have patronized this establishment for six (6) years. It has kept me healthy, in shape, injury recovery, quickly when I do have one. I gave a second chance after the first visit was disappointing (wrong service performed). Unfortunately, the second visit was worse. I have multiple scratches on my face because her nails were not trimmed and she ended the appt several minutes before our time was up. I asked for a silent appt to relax and she spoke through most of it. The scratches are the reason I’m going to far as to leave a bad review. This was not at all the relaxing experience I needed.

My experience with Jodi Petry's reflexology and spiritual renewal was positively awesome and revitalizing! Immediately after my session my feet, legs, hands and whole body relaxed and continued to deepen. 1000/10 would recommend !!! Jodi is incredible, my nana and I went for a sound bath and it was such a special experience. Wasn’t exactly sure what to expect just knew it would be an energetic cleansing of sorts through sound and frequencies, but Jodi ended up doing a whole chakra sound bath which was so informative and unique ! Gave us techniques for mind clearing & focus during mediation as well as many easy ways to show gratitude and appreciation for our bodies as a whole. How to connect and deepen your relationship with the chakras so you can clear/ balance them by ridding the stagnant energy to ensure your body is working optimally. If you’re not sure what session to book, just attend a sound bath to get your feet in the water and I promise you’ll be planning your return before you leave. Thankyou Jodi !! <3

This lady ceases to amaze me! I had planters fasciitis flare up back in 2019 and she healed it in 2 visits! I recently moved and wore not the best shoes and had another bad flare up. Healed it again in 2 visits! Give her a try she is amazing!

Fantastic Reflexologist. I drove from Ky To try her, well worth the drive, I recommend all diabetics with circulation issues to go see Jodi. In fact I extended my stay to see her for one more session for deep tissue reflexology on my feet to further enhance circulation and breaking of uratic crystals that cause pain and circulation issues in diabetics! I will drive the distance again for her!

I absolutely LOVE my reflexology sessions with Jodi. She has a knack for getting you relaxed so that you get the most out of your session. If you've never tried Reflexology before, I highly recommend her. She's also really easy to schedule with. I hope to try the other services in her shop as well.

I had a little trouble finding it at first. But is a really great feeling when you walk in. You can see that they take great pride in what they do. Jodi is great at what she does. I have been dealing with pain most of my life. Getting some relief in my foot and ankle after 1 session means so much. I look forward to my next reflexology appointment.

I love Jodi! There’s nothing more comforting to me than a reflexology appointment. I am always in such a better headspace after leaving my appointments, it’s nothing like a massage. I never feel that I’m being used as a pin cushion and using hot rocks that hurt like at a massage. The tension in my body has left after just taking a breather and relaxing. The room is warm, dark and inviting. It’s always clean and I feel that it’s well kept/sanitized on a regular basis. The warm neck warm will do you wonders before she starts services. Expect to feel like butter after your done! Just hands down amazing services provided here. There’s no pressure to rebook or pushy on other services like some places. The location is super easy to find and lots of parking near the door. Once you start your journey in taking care of yourself from the outside in, you’ll never want to tell anyone else about this place, to run the risk of no appointments! She does take HSA cards, so do yourself a favor and add extra funds to your account to ensure you can visit often!

Jodi and Reflex Indy have become a staple in my self-care routine. I have battled years of back pain, grief, stress, & infertility. Jodi definitely has a gift! I'll be honest, some of this stuff is usually an eye roller for most people, including myself. But if you can just open your mind, and yourself, she can help you get in tune with yourself... on a level you didn't think was possible. You have to allow her in though. I walked out of my appointment feeling like 100lbs came off of my shoulders. 100% facts. Go see her! Thank me later (or rather Jodi)!
