This place is the best. The most talented massage therapists I’ve ever had. My muscles are always super tight from stress and chronic pain, and they know exactly how to take care of everything. Jenny is my favorite! But when I’ve gone on her days off, the other staff is amazing too!

Good massages for a great price. I booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage and wow, it was a DEEP TISSUE massage. It hurt so good (iykyk), and the severe back pain I came in with was gone the very next day and hasn’t been back since. Will be immediately returning here the next time my back is tight and knotted.

Me and my boyfriend went for a couples massage 60 min. we went due to all the high reviews and were disappointed. they finished the massage early, and caused more discomfort than relaxation. they walked on our backs without consent prior, and this wasnt disclosed beforehand nor did i see it on any review. we didnt sign any paperwork before the massage about areas of discomfort we wanted to avoid nor did they ask. the masseuse was quite rough and honestly the whole thing caused more pain than relaxation. idk if it was the specific therapist we seen but i would not recommend.

After years of hopping from Groupon to Groupon, I finally just booked a proper massage directly a reflexion and I’m so glad I did. I find that what I get here is actually healing. I spent years with terrible irritation from my it bands and a massage here basically cured me. As with all cures you have to address the root cause but this allowed me relief and a fresh start. Can’t be more pleased with the health benefits I see from coming here.

I have been going to Jenny for 4 years now. She has always been super kind, detail oriented, efficient and great at her job as a massage therapist! In times of pain from neck and migraines she has helped me feel relived! Thankful for her! And it’s crazy how I have never written a review for this place but they deserve 5 stars! Wonderful customer service and professional!

This place is great! They always have openings the next day and their prices are very reasonable. It is very clean and everyone who works there is very nice and skilled.

My wife and I visited from Houston to Chicago. While there we decide to get a spa treatment and decided to go to Reflexion. We had the best time, they treated us like royalty. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing experience! I haven’t had a massage in a very long time and desperately needed one after being on my feet for days at a conference. Reflexion Spa came recommended by a friend and they had appointments the next day. Jenny was phenomenal! I had a deep tissue massage where Jenny also walked on my back. She got knots out I didn’t even know I had, and my back and hips haven’t felt this good in a long time. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been seeing Vicki for a few months now for a deep tissue massage as I am just a tense person in general and work in the hospital. She always does an amazing job, and I always feel so refreshed every time I leave.

Probably the best massage I’ve ever had in almost 40 years. Vicky is the absolute best! Omg I left feeling sooo relaxed that I couldn’t even drive lol. Will be back for sure.

Great experience! Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it started with my massage therapist walking on my back. I never had that done before and it felt so good! I liked how they wiped the oil off and I didn’t feel like I needed a shower afterwards. I will definitely be back. The price was also very reasonable for the quality and length of the massage.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage. The facility is very clean, the bathrooms are spacious, and the massage itself was very good. However, it was foolish of me to book this the day after a heavy squat workout because I got destroyed. I will definitely be coming back here.

I have been here a few times and had great experiences, but moved two years? ago so it wasn’t as convenient for me to get to. When the place I had been going to closed for the month of August, I booked a massage at Reflexion figuring I would receive the same level of massage I had received previously. While the massage was fine, my biggest issue was that I was only given a towel to cover myself with that left me feeling exposed and uncomfortable at various points during the massage. The masseuse also used incredibly rough washcloths to wipe off the lotion/oil from the massage that left my skin feeling raw. While I am hoping it was a fluke from my previous experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Reflexion again.

I've been Reflexion Spa's customer for years and I've always had amazing experience. But what Jennie has done on my last visit was almost close to a miracle. I had suffered a case of severe pinched nerve back in October. I was postponing all treatments until a week ago when I could not get out of sofa because of pain down my entire right side of entire body. One hour with Jennie was packed with pain and tears (not sure if mine or hers haha) but I today I feel like entirely new person! Thank you!!!

This is a wonderful place. The team is so caring and attentive and really takes time to address your concerns for areas that need attention during your massage, while also creating a calm and peaceful environment. They have complimentary water bottles to take with you after the massage.
