I’ve had bad right lower back pain since being pregnant. My sacrum specifically. I’d never had a prenatal massage. Lindsay was amazing. I felt immediate relief. She was professional and so kind. The facility was clean, calming, and comfortable. Already booked my next appointment! Highly recommend.

Refresh is in a clean, beautiful space that's very soothing and calming, as well as convenient to get to on Creedmoor Road. Also, Casey, my massage therapist, is fantastic. I've been going to her consistently for almost 9 months for deep tissue/sports massage and she really knows what she's doing. If you're looking for a lovely spa environment and an excellent massage therapist, I highly recommend Refresh and Casey.

I got a 60 min deep tissue and Casey was absolutely amazing! She immediately went in and worked on the areas I told her I was having issues with in such a therapeutic and educated manner. She addressed everything I came in complaining about and I felt like I was equally worked out and relaxed at the same time. There was never a point where I wanted to jump off the table and run from being in pain haha! I will 100% come again.

I had an amazing 90 min massage by Richard! He may be new to the Refresh team but he is not new to massage. At the beginning he asked what areas I needed him to focus on and he covered them all but still covered the whole body in entirety. Often times when I tell a massage therapist about a specific area that needs attention, they’re not able to cover much else very well. I was actually excited to leave because I knew I would feel so much better just going about my day.

Casey is one of the best massage therapist I have been too. I workout a lot and am very active with my job but also have a desk job. She gets me feeling like a brand new person. Highly recommend all the staff at refresh

His professionalism, kindness and passion for his work make him exactly what we needed, and I'm so happy he found us. The other day I asked if he could focus the entire hour on upper body for my treatment, and he was thorough and communicative throughout. I walked out feeling great after a long flight. Such a peaceful and restorative experience. I started going to Michelle about 1 time per month postpartum for massage to help with aches and pains and have now continued with a membership. The environment is so relaxing and Michelle is always willing to either chat or let me totally zone out. Highly recommend!

THE BEST massage I’ve ever received, hands down. Jessica was so attentive and committed to my body and making it feel a lot better and more loose, I was completely relaxed in her care and satisfied with the results of a deep tissue massage plus cupping. Definitely will not regret going here! It’s the most cared for I have felt.

I have been going to Refresh for a while now and have loved every massage I have received. Casey is who I usually go to regularly as I work out a lot, and she can apply a lot of pressure. Don't be fooled by her height—she is small but mighty and listens to my body. I always feel like a new person walking out of Refresh, and I always look forward to my monthly treat. They have a way of making you feel relaxed as soon as you walk in!

The prenatal massages at Refresh have been such a treat throughout these last four months of pregnancy! They have a pregnancy pillow that allows you to lay supported on your stomach with no pressure on baby. My first massage with Michelle was SO relaxing. I've also had several sessions now with Jessica, who has just been absolutely amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable and finds all the spots. She even went out of her way to fit me into her schedule a few more times before my due date to help me prepare for baby's arrival! I'm really looking forward to continuing my visits postpartum.

I have only had sessions with Casey and Alexandra, and I could not be happier. When I first came in, I had been crying in pain that day from a huge knot in my back. Ever since then they have resolved that issue and many others I was having with my muscle tightness. Casey is an absolute boss at deep tissue and getting into places that I never knew existed. Alexandra is incredible at helping me relax and whilst also working on problem areas. I have never left disappointed and honestly, I'm a pretty hard person to please 😅

I recently started a monthly membership after coming here a few times last year, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and wellness. Madison is an incredible massage therapist! Not only does she ask you for pain points before the massage, but her attentiveness enables her to discover pain points you didn’t know you had during the massage as well. Between the deep tissue, aromatherapy, warm towels around my feet and under my neck, I really do leave every appointment, refreshed. And my next appointment already booked :) Highly recommend!

Life-changing massage. Every time I visit. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Refresh. I’m a massage snob and I always leave feeling like a new woman after my massages here. I’m a member and it feels like a worthy investment in my well-being and self-care. In addition to the actual exceptional services, the ambiance is also wonderful. Wonderful experience at Refresh! I took advantage of their Mother's Day special this year and received my first prenatal massage with Alex. Alex was amazing! She made sure I was comfortable, reviewed my information, asked questions, and perfectly curated my massage experience with aromatherapy, a sound machine, and minimal talking (I REALLY appreciate because I have had experiences in which the massage therapist would try to hold a conversation during my massage, very much not preferred). She had the perfect amount of pressure I needed and welcomed any needed adjustment to ensure my comfort. I am referring my loved ones here for massage therapy and plan to return myself, especially after delivering.

As soon as you walk in you feel a very nice and relaxing environment. The staff are super nice, and the massage therapist I had is Casey who does amazing massages! Will definitely be coming back and I recommend this spa to friends and family :)

I went for a pre-natal massage and it was so wonderful. The pressure was just right, the environment was so peaceful and quiet. I couldn’t hear anyone else in the place. Michelle did my massage and I would absolutely go back to her again.
