Clean, professional and very gifted. Going here has been an after surgery must for me. Huge difference on swelling and comfort. The owner is very knowledgeable and loves what she does and it shows! I have been going here since the 2nd week of surgery and my only regret is not starting sooner! Side note (She sales Fajates and helps you find the right fit. 5 stars truly!

DOOO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered a $40 voucher on Groupon for 3/12 I called Candice to see if I could reschedule because something urgent came up. She told me if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay $25 (after just paying $40)… they won’t accommodate you or give you a refund. Candice is very money hungry and doesn’t care. Please don’t go to them. I recommend KURV V STEAMS ON N DAVIDYON CHARLOTTE NC THEY ARE GREAT UNLIKE REFRESH SPA AND WELLNESS

I have been a client of Refresh Spa for two surgeries now and I can honestly say I couldn’t have recovered and healed as fast and easily as I did without the expertise and knowledge of Kandice. Her bedside manner and thorough lymphatic drainage massage technique has been top notch. I hands down recommend this spa and I am so thankful to have them in my corner ❤️

What a life changing experience!! Kandice was sooo knowledgeable and extremely talented, with how she targeted every problem area on my body!!! Not to mention it’s a black owned business and she’s a RN so she has knowledge in regards to health in general, so I felt in good hands! I will definitely be a regular and don’t hesitate to book, it’s sooo worth it!

When I tell you my girl Kandice gives the best lymphatic massages!!! Believe it!!! She’s so skilled and knowledgeable at what she does!!! I love Refresh Spa & Wellness. They not only make you feel great body wise, but the mood and atmosphere is so relaxing and comfortable. I’m so thrilled to experience all the other treatments they have to offer!!!

After having searched for MLD services in Charlotte Metro/South Charlotte long before my cosmetic surgery, when I stumbled across The Refresh Spa, a week after no massages. I booked one service & never looked back. Admittedly, I was looking for a very specific MLD provider (Black-owned, MLD certified, RN/LPN, female) and Kandice at The Refresh Spa checked all the boxes! Kandice is professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, warm and makes you feel at ease right away. The facility is CLEAN, modern and beautiful. Her prices are competitive for lymphatic drainage massage. TRS offers so much more than MLD and as soon as my body is able, I’ll sign up for a few of those also. In short, I’m blessed to have found this place. Not only for MLD, but help with faja sizing, re-sizing & contouring, wound care assessment (she specializes in it) and more. I’m in great hands under her care and my body is showing the results!! All wins for me!

I love this place !! I been going here for about 4 months now for my post opp after care and it’s amazing . Candace makes you feel so at home so comfortable and she knowledgeable about her work. The lymphatic massages are great so soothing and relaxing I feel like a brand new person when I’m done. Definitely recommend coming here.
