This was a strange experience for me. Firstly, it’s one room. For everything. Products. Waiting. Injecting. There are other people in other offices and someone was walking by while I was about to be injected and he just started talking to everyone- no, thanks, I’d prefer privacy and my injector to focus on injecting while I’m getting needles in my face. Additionally, my brows are uneven after the Botox. It’s not horrible but I don’t trust them to fix it so I’ll tough it out. They were both nice but this wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

I started using refresh wellness when it first opened. You honestly could not ask for a better provider to do your toxins or fillers. He is doing an amazing job. I encourage everyone to use refresh wellness!!

Dr. Carpenter gave me a fair and professional opinion as to what services would give me more bang for my buck. I chose toxin and I couldn't be happier. He also did what he had to do to be available for me on my schedule. I will definitely be back!

Got my Botox and lip filler with Joe and Erica and let me tell you, the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten filler at Weiler and Williamson and this was my best experience by far. Joe explains exactly what’s in the toxin and filler and what areas they will go best in. He provided a complimentary two week follow up for my toxin and gave his opinion when asked! Y’all go check him out.
