Great service throughout all visits.. Cryotherapy & Infrared Therapy are my favorite.. My skin looks amazing and my pain from (Rt Hip) was tremendously reduced.. Also, lost some weight throughout my treatments!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I am not very good with remembering names, but the young lady running the studio allowed me to get a compression therapy session with little notice yesterday. Once I arrived at the studio, she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The session was also awesome and very relaxing. I have been to similar businesses for the same service in the past, but I am definitely going to stick with this one for now on! I am a very happy customer!

I was a member here for several months to try compression therapy, red light therapy and cryotherapy. Overall, I had a positive experience with the friendly staff. However, the cryotherapy machine frequently became unavailable — usually because the nitrogen was empty, but sometimes the door was locked during normal business hours with no notice. I paid $300 a month for unlimited access. There was no credit or compensation to members when the machine was down or for the unexpected business closures. So I canceled my membership — and then continued getting charged anyway. Three months in a row, I’ve had had to follow-up on unauthorized charges and wait to be refunded. While the services and staff are great, the inconsistency in cryotherapy availability and the billing mishaps were significant drawbacks.

Loved the red light therapy! It seems to provide all of the mental and physical benefits of sunlight without the threat of burning. :)

Refresh is a great facility and offers many options for self care. My favorites are the sauna and the red light therapy. Katie is always so friendly and helpful!

As a college athlete and someone who lives a very active lifestyle - this place is my saving grace! Friendly owner and the services are super helpful. Definitely recommend!

Came in opening day and got the Normatec compression done! Absolutely loved it. Owner was very nice, welcoming, and educated on all the services she provides. Will be coming back!

Did the cryotherapy and leg compression after my 6 mile run. It felt great! This is my first time doing an active recovery like this. I plan on doing more since I have a marathon coming up in a few months.

I have been using the red light therapy, sauna and Cryo Skin and I am so happy with the results. My skin looks so tight and my pores are gone. My skin is tightening and my tummy looks so much smaller than when I first started. I can definitely see the difference in 3 visits. The Cryo Therapy helped the soreness in my muscles and my skin was so tight when I got out. I love it! I have been showing up 2-3 times a week for all of it. Katie does an amazing job of managing everything and so good with the people too. I feel so relaxed here and welcome by Katie and her staff.

I love Refresh! I always leave feeling 100x better then when I walked in. I would live here if I could. Cryo, redlight and the sauna are my favorites, and the staff is so nice/welcoming! I couldn't recommend Refresh enough!

I love coming into Refresh Wellness!!! I love getting the lipo injections and botox!! The owner is also very friendly and knows what she’s talking about! I recommend Refresh Wellness to anyone and everyone. 10/10.

I used their cryo chamber and also got a couple shots, one was toradol for headaches. My body felt less sore and my headaches lessened. Refresh has got sumpin for everyone.

I’ve been going to refresh since they opened and have always received the best customer service from the owner, Katie. She is accommodating & welcoming & is always educating me to come up with a recovery plan for whatever place I’m in. I favor the sauna & the leg compression sleeves, but everything there is awesome! Definitely check it out!

Loved the cryo machine!! It was such a fun experience and so much better than just taking an ice bath at home. Highly recommend it if you want to heal your body and get a rush of excitement.

My favorite wellness place to come into! My favorite service is the cryotherapy as I feel fully refreshed afterwards and have seen great benefits from consistently coming in (less pain/soreness from being an athlete). Lots of great services to offer for anyone! Excited to come in next and use their Botox!

What an awesome experience at Refresh Wellness! This spa has recovery treatments for everyone but the cryotherapy after the infrared sauna is surely my favorite. Amazing staff and services! I am also very interested in the weight loss injections and all the other injections that will help me with my recovery and energy! My mom is super interested in the Botox and Filler that they have added!
