I love the new fox chapel office. It is clean, comfortable and cute. Jenny is so professional and experienced. She takes her time to listen to you and your concerns. I find the attention and care much more comfortable here than at other offices around the city. An overall great experience!

Allina has always been the most caring and thee best aesthetician I've had. I trust her to tell me what I need and to do the procedures she recommends. I have rosacea and she's helped me with it when it gets problematic. So happy she's in Fox Chaple now, where she works. It's a clean, pretty and relaxing place.

I absolutely loved my Glo2Facial with Jenny! As soon as you walk into Refreshed Aesthetics, you are welcomed into a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Beginning the facial, Jenny gently cleansed my skin to prepare it for the Glo2Facial device which included exfoliation and massage. The feeling of the device itself on your skin is very soothing and calming. Jenny’s individual, client-focused attention to my skincare needs during the facial made me feel very well cared for. After my facial, I immediately noticed how my skin was glowing! The Glo2Facial provided me with instant hydration and an overall healthy feel to my skin. I came to check out the new medspa in fox chapel, I had concerns with the condition of my skin due to the type of work I do. Tiffany provided me with a free consultation and treatment plan, which she not only addressed but corrected my skin issues. I got the biorepeel treatment, which I had no clue what was all involved. Tiffany went above and beyond in each step of process, but also went into great detail over the peel for pre and post care. I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning for more treatments with Tiffany.

I decided to treat myself to a peel (ZO) The salon is brand new and absolutely gorgeous. Staff was super friendly. Tiffany did my peel. Was very relaxing and I had amazing results. She talked to me a lot about the process as she was doing it and put my mind to ease (I have very sensitive skin and have had hyperpigmentation before) as I was nervous about doing a peel.

I went to Jenny for my routine Botox maintenance; it was my first time with Jenny and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s extremely professional listened to my goals, concerns, and I didn’t feel a thing when she was administering my treatment. She also listened to my other skin challenges and provided insightful information. During my consult she mentioned she is a PA by background with over 9 years of experience so you are in very good hands. Additionally, she is the owner and recently opened her clinic. I went to Refreshed Aesthetics to receive a botox treatment. I was so nervous because I do not like needles. However it was not an issue because Jenny was extremely gentle. I really did not even feel anything. I highly recommend them. The place is beautiful, warm and inviting. Both Jenny and Tiffany could not be more kind. I will definitely be returning.

With the work that I do, as well as being in the sun a lot, I noticed some redness on my face and my pores were starting to look bad. I wanted to do something about it, so I looked online for something local. I found refreshed aesthetics and called them. I spoke with Tiffany, who told me about the services they provide and within a week, I had an in-person consultation with her and she went in depth about the treatment and what it does. I ended up getting a forever kit and BioRePeel. The whole process took less than an hour and I was immediately impressed with the results. I'll definitely be going back, especially with how friendly and professionally I was treated by Tiffany. You can definitely tell she loves what she does and loves her patients. I can't wait for my next appointment.
