Asked for my acrylics to be removed instead nof soaking like you are supposed to she would soak for a mun then cut pieces off with cubical cutters then would use a nail tip to pry it off.ttearing my nail making me bleed then kept filing the torn bleeding nail with the dirty files. Still charged $15 even though sign say it's $10 will never return and an reporting to tdlr for unsanitary and unsafe practices

Affordable and quick service. Got a Mani & Pedi from Dieu. I absolutely love her! Very gentle and detailed with her work. She went above & beyond to make me feel taken care of. Over all a great service!

I came in it was 6:45pm they close at 7:30pm came to see if I could get a short full set just black. They all looked at each other looked at their watches and the time.She said tomorrow we don’t have time today how if y’all don’t closes for damn near another 45 min. They lazy , don’t want to do work. I’ll NEVER come here again

I'm giving a 2 star cause they did my 2 baby girls nails beautiful. But when it came to me, and I was getting married the next day, they completely didn't hear what I wanted. I want silver and white to match my dress and I the stuff looked pink she was putting on. I even asked her and told her and she was so confident that it was silver in the stuff. So embarrassing me, my photos were ruined. I didn't have time to fix them. When I went back after calls, she had the audacity to charge me again. When I said you messed up, she said well you already had them. Then on my toe nails, the polish wasn't spread all the way. There where streaks and crooked polish and they want to charge me for that too. So they won't fix there mistakes. Please dont go there I guess if your going to get married or if your a mom. I was completely devastated 😢 it ruined my pics trying to hide my Nas. It was a struggle. Couldn't even do the pics I wanted let's not forget when the guy was shaving the dead skin off my heel, I had smooth skin and he left me a rough patch that I'm still trying to fix. I can't give this another try. I'm too upset my once in a lifetime wedding pics are a mess and my heels arnt even soft.

The service I receive from "Kim" my nail technician at Regal Nails, defined is perfection. I receive so many compliments about my nails (at work, at the store, even at the gas station) hearing *your nails look so beautiful*.never gets old!. J

Drove 20 minutes for nothing it felt unwelcoming. I had my 3 little girls with me (mind you they are not trouble girls.) And all she had to say who is going to take care of them with an attitude and proceed to talk to her co-workers in her language very rude . They were with me for a reason if I had someone to watch them they wouldn't be with me in the first place. Having move to Austin from Houston and literally have no one here is hard now doing a very simple thing like doing my nails is becoming hard specially with rude employees.

My nails are ruined. They filed half of my natural nails and now they are thin like paper. Not evenly covered with gel on top. I don’t know how long it will take to have them look nice again.

We all know how bad Wal-Mart's customer service is. Although Regal Nails is technically it's own separate business, their lack of professionalism and customer service makes them the perfect nail salon partner for Wal-Mart. They are extremely rude and lazy. The website lists their hours closing at 7:30. I showed up for a polish change at 6:45 and they refused to serve me. The manager yelled at me, (yes, he yelled) and said I needed to call first. I explained how they were open for 45 more minutes, and he admitted that was correct but still refused my business. He had just swept the floor and didn't want to get it dirty again. It they are going to stop taking customers at 6:45, then they should list 6:45 as their closing time on their website, instead of 7;30. Who runs a business like that??!! Oh yeah, Wal-Mart does.
