I had been actively searching for someone who would accommodate us for my daughter's homecoming nails. Our schedule this week was terrible and we only had a window on Monday, after a work meeting ,to do them. I called in the morning and they said they could take her. I know how it feels to have someone walk in , close to closing time. They stayed later to get them done. Her nails came out beautiful and we are extremely appreciative that they were able to help us out. These women work hard and long hours. I'm sure they get treated like crap alot. We are grateful to them for showing us grace and in the retail/service industry myself, there are very few times when people show any sort of grace or empathy. I just wanted to thank the staff for being there and helping us out.

My nails looked nothing like the reference photo. I showed a picture and was told by an employee they could do it. Halfway through the procedure, I was told they couldn't do it?? Will not be returning.

(If the actual owner could respond to me I'd appreciate it greatly because the way I was treated is completely uncalled for and I shouldn't have to feel embarrassed by the women who work for you, when I had done nothing wrong) This is in response to the "owner" who told me to call so that you can rectify the problem. So I called the number that you so kindly provided and spoke to a woman on the phone, and she said for me to come in at 1pm and they will take care of me so I did just that but as soon as I come in I spoke to the lady that I talked to on the phone (which she refused to give me her name along with another lady) and asked if they are truly going to rectify the problem and then all of a sudden I was told No, VERY rudely! I was also told that I must have the wrong regal nail salon as if I were stupid and didn't know where I went. When obviously I know exactly where i went, especially since it's Walmart right by my house. And then when I tried showing the ladies the reply I received from the owner, they said all well owner not here! So not only did I do as they asked me to and then drove all the way here to be spoken to with extreme disrespect and rudeness. I've never in my life had anyone that works with people or anything like that to make me feel like I was a nuisance and to just go away! After already having paid for services that were not cheap by any means and told to call, and they'd fix everything, then to be belittled and made to look like I have no common sense and a liar is unbelievable. Why would not only the owner but the woman on the phone (whom I explained everything to) tell me to come up here so they can take care of me to throw me out and have multiple women attack me with there words in front of all the other customers instead of being polite and taking me aside to discuss things. I'm literally still standing here as I write this reply to the owner in shock of how horrible I was treated for absolutely no reason! That is not how anyone should treat people, especially when there are customers, and I was told to come back up here to begin with. And couldn't tell me who the owner was so I could at least speak with him or her but instead told there is no owner, so leave. I was actually really surprised that I got a response to my review and pleasantly at that. Until I walked in.

Edit: very good service. They fixed some of my nails that got messed up due to not drying properly and didn't charge me! I am very happy with my service and I will be coming back 😊💗

Honestly, It was not welcoming as you walk in . One associate that work there as if they do not rely on work anymore or building a client base. The pedicure was about 20 minutes for a gel spa pedicure ** and rushed and I have a giant cut , and because the file machine was used to file off previous nail Color at what seemed like a higher speed it weakened my natural nail and caused breakage of my natural nail. I myself am a cosmetologist and was able to spot a few things wrong . This person seemed like a angry person and it was not a pleasant experience as someone who wants to just get away and get their nails done should have. I did not get her name but she was the second station to the right in the back, I am not happy because I am big on tipping and paying for work that is worth it!

I was only doing a manicure and I expressed that one of my fingers had no nails so if they can just take care of the cuticle and so on. She did not she did not take care of my hands at all so it was a waste

I will never go here again the lady that did my nails turned down my ideas... then when i settled for my last idea she gets mad.. then the whole time shes doing my nails she pulling on my arms slaped my hand an would yank my hands an it hurt me. She wouldnt talk but would make sounds like she was upset. Ummm im sorry but thats not how you act. They should be ashamed. I will never go there again. And i paid $45 and tiped an this is what i got bubbles all threw the paint an my thumbs arent even the same size nails an yiu can tell

If I could give this place zero starts I would. Don't go to this place if you want to get tortured and possibly risk an infection. I went there today for a pedicure and the man who did my work hurt me and knew he was hurting me and just looked at me and smiled and said look, look at what he was doing. I told him it hurt but did he stop... eventually after I almost pulled my foot out of his grip. I am sitting here now with very sore and bleeding toes. I will never go there again. I have been to the one in Inverness and they were always wonderful. never had an issue but this one in brooksville... never again. I will drive 45 minutes out of my way before I ever go back to this place. hopefully I don't get an infection with the way my feet hurt and toes look red and swollen. Not worth the risk ever again.

Made an appt online. First mistake. I was told “don’t do that we don’t get them” I was taken in anyway which was nice. Got a slam bam thank you ma’am pedi and when I said I booked for a manicure too that’s when it really went down. Sloppy, dirty, noisy and cluttered, not to mention a tech yelling at another customer while you’re trying to relax. Go in to relax and come out even more stressed. This is a place I tell everyone I know not to ever go to!

My wife had her nails done with a fill-in and polish. It was a lot of rough edges left when filing the nail lengths down on the acrylic tip. Had some Halloween artwork done and it was subpar.

Not a very welcoming environment. Very disappointed with my manicure as person was on verge of rude and rushed through the manicure. Didn’t like the way person was condescending and felt they needed to “scold” me. I left tip because I used the service but you can rest assured I will never step in there again. It was my 3rd time but my final.

Today, I decided I wanted to go and try out Regal Nail Salon but before I go to any salon I also read the reviews,and it sounds like there is more bad reviews than good!!!! Sorry but I work with patients and I like to lift their spirits up and by looking nice and that includes my nails. Thank you all for the reviews and saving me time and 💰.

ok, if I could give them a minus I certainly would. shall I list the reasons let me count the ways..1. the "owner" man creepy AF. 2. having a certificate does not mean you are qualified, that was very obvious. 3. not a conversation or explanation, just high pitched scream voice, that does not listen to what the client wants at all. Mani-pedi is what I requested and I will tell you being in the public professionally, this is not the experience you want or need for a relaxing pampering day!!!! -99 rating for my personal experience. absolutely no pride in their work. I had a mani- pedi done by my little niece, at age 7 did a much better job.the tip I left was to help you, buy a book on manners, respect and the art of conversation to sustain a business in America.

I loved the color and was applied nicely, I wish they had more options, they had basic and volcanic when I asked what more or the difference between the two, he just told me what I get but they sounded exactly the same I don't think he understood, other places have more options and a description is greatly needed. They didn't put a plastic bag or anything in the tub or even check of the water temperature was okay. Its walmart so I shouldn't expect much but my feet itched afterwards, I got like lumps on the back of my ankle I think I had a allergic reaction or something so description of products is a must. Also the chair was partially broken and honestly hurt more than massage. But main concern, LIST WHAT YOUR USING, please to avoid potential allergic reactions like mine, kinda hard to see in photo

I went to get a pedicure. They put my feet in COLD water, never had cold water for a pedicure. It was dirty, no plastic bags in the pedicure station. They put me in a dirty wore out chair so I wasn't comfortable to begin with. They are $5 more than the other Walmart on Commercial where I usually go to. Then the lady tells me she has to charge another $5.00 to do my heels. I never in my life had to pay extra to have my feet grated or whatever it's called so I left. I will just go get mine done at a better salon and she missed out on a good tip by trying to rip me off because I always tip good. Not to mention she kept trying to push gel when I picked my color and it wasn't gel. Just for a Halloween party. I get my feet done every week or 2 so I know the drill.
